Dear Mr. Cayce,
I know you are busy so I shall try to take up as little of
your time as possible.
I would just like to tell you how glad I am that I had the
opportunity of meeting you, and how much I am looking forward
to coming to the annual congress next summer.
Here are the questions I would like to have asked on my check
physical reading on July 31st.
1. Were the treatments Dr. Larimer gave me carried out
according to your instruction?
2. Shall I resume these treatments? If so, please give more
detailed instruction as to how often they should be taken and
how they should be given.
3. At times my eczema is so irritated that it becomes almost
impossible to take osteopathic treatments. Would it be wise
to discontinue treatments for a while at these periods?
I am enclosing a check for $10.00 for the reading.
Thanking you in advance, I am
Sincerely, Miss [
