Live out of doors during those periods, with as much sunshine
as practical. Live rather frugally; that is, no rich,
starchy foods, very little of sweets; plenty of fresh air,
drink lots of water. Keep away from any of the carbonated
drinks or of stimuli of beers, liquors or the like. Light
wines may be taken. Plenty of eggs. Plenty of fish, and
raw vegetables, but not of rich, highly seasoned foods.
Do that.
Ready for questions.
(Q) What has caused the loss of my voice?
(A) Partially from fear, partially from the condition as we
have indicated in the lung.
(Q) What causes night and morning coughing spells?
(A) Irritation of the trachea.
Do as we have indicated, and we should bring better
conditions to this body.
Rest means REST! Rest the mind as well as body.
We are through with this Reading.
