TEXT

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; give the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestion for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions that I may be asked:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2936].
3. As we find, there are conditions that are preventing - or disturbing - the better physical functioning of the body, and breaking down the resistances in the body.
4. We find that these disturbances are glandular in their nature, and are causing conditions that may become localized in many different forms. But these are the disturbances as we find indicated in the present.
5. From the unbalanced chemical forces through the system, or lack of sufficient iodine in the system, we find that the thyroids particularly are the upsetting disturbances.
6. Hence we have the disturbance in the superficial circulation; blemishes, roughness that occurs on the skin, and on various portions of the body; a character of anemia - which is indicated by a disturbance in the kidneys that gives expression to that of puffiness below the eyes, and even the effect from same on the sensory forces to produce a minor headache, a little dizziness at times, and even dimness in the eyes, especially soon after awaking. There is also the condition o the scalp or hair.
7. These are all indications of the disturbances.
8. Also the Periods become irregular in their eliminations.
9. All of these are the outgrowth, or disturbance through the glandular forces causing portions of the body - or the functioning in the body, especially as related to the superficial circulation - to give disturbance.
10. As we find, in making administrations that would be beneficial, many conditions as related one to another should be considered. That which would be helpful in eliminating one disturbance may be irritating to another. Thus the general health, as well as the specific disturbances, must be considered.
11. Then:
12. We would first begin taking Atomidine; one drop in half a glass of water each morning before any meal is taken, for five days. Then take two drops each morning for the next five mornings. Then leave this off for five days, or - in fact - for the full series of the other treatments which we will suggest.
13. During the first week of LEAVING OFF the Atomidine, have at least TWO good hydrotherapy treatments; including a mild sweat, then the hot and cold waters - as the needle spray; then a thorough massage, with special reference in the massage to that rea along the cerebrospinal system, and with special reference to areas between the shoulders and to the 6th and 7th dorsal, and up the head; giving the scalp a good vibratory treatment also.
14. Then begin taking (not before) the compound called Tonicine; half a teaspoonful twice each day for at least ten days. Then leave this off.
15. Rest from all the applications, then, for a week.
16. Then begin with the Atomidine again, taking one drop each day for at least five days.
17. THEN have a series of the hydrotherapy and massage; THIS time taking at least ten to twelve of such treatments.
18. In the matter of the diet, - this should be considered rather carefully.
19. DO NOT take ANY carbonated drinks of any kind, neither malted nor hard liquors of any kind; not even wines, for this body, until there has been a changing throughout the circulation.
20. Take the whole grain cereals.
21. Eat the Jerusalem artichoke at least three times each week; one about the size of an egg. One time take it raw, the next time cooked - but cooked in Patapar Paper, so that none of the juices of same are lost; mixing the juices with the artichoke when this is prepared with a little seasoning and butter to suit the taste.
22. Liver, liver extracts and those things of the gelatine nature. Gelatine itself will beneficial, either taken in the foods or dry.
23. Not too much of the roughage foods, but leafy vegetables in moderation.
24. These, of course, are not all of the things in the diet, but let the stress be upon these.
25. Fish, sea foods, should be a part of the diet.
26. And we will bring better conditions for this body.
27. DO, though, be systematic; do be consistent; do follow through in the order outlined, if the results would be obtained.
28. Ready for questions.
29. (Q) Should I consider plastic surgery, and if so which surgeon?
    (A) As we find, this we would not consider until after this full course of treatments has been taken. Then, if this is still desirable, do so. But select the one in whom you have the greater confidence, if this is done.
30. (Q) What causes accumulation of gas in the stomach?
    (A) The lack of proper eliminations.
The hydrotherapy should include, through the period, at least two or three colonic irrigations.
But with the first period of taking the Atomidine, or from the beginning, the quantity of gas should be reduced.
    Watch the foods.
31. (Q) The nasal and throat catarrh?
    (A) This will be benefited with the rubs and massages. Use the Glyco-Thymoline as a nasal and throat spray, morning and evening, full strength.
32. (Q) Should anything else be done than that given, about my hair?
    (A) Only the care of same, after these corrections and the toning of the system is done.
33. (Q) How can I strengthen my eyes?
    (A) All of this general condition improved will be strength for the eyes. The head and neck exercise will also be beneficial.
34. (Q) For dry skin and brittle nails?
    (A) These have been included in those things suggested. These will bring better conditions for this body.
35. We are through for the present.
