Dear Mr. Cayce:
For several years I have worked in the office with [
852] and
through her have heard of the benefit given through your
Physical Readings. Recently I have had the opportunity to
read "There is a River" by Thomas Sugrue.
As a result I have become very much interested in your work
and would like to secure a Physical Reading for myself. For
the past five years I have been suffering with what seems to
be heart trouble. I have been to numerous physicians; some
say there is nothing at all wrong with my heart, while others
have said that I have a slight murmur and a rather fast
heart, but none of them have been able to locate the source
of the trouble. I am frequently bothered, especially at
night, with fluttering of the heart accompanied by severe
weakness. My digestive system has also been very upset
during this time. In the beginning of this heart disorder I
was very anemic.
I would like to obtain a Physical Reading at your very
earliest convenience. I will be at the office of the ... Co.
every morning and afternoon except Saturday afternoon.
In the reading I would like to have answered the following
questions:
1. Do I have an organic heart trouble?
2. Is any of the trouble being caused by my digestive system?
3. Would it be injurious to take any kind of exercise such as
badminton, tennis, etc.?
4. What is the source of this physical disorder?

Dear Mr. Cayce:
I received the reading and am trying to carry out the
treatment as you instructed. [
852]'s father was kind enough
to fix the keg for me and I have just begun with that.
Today I received a bulletin from the Association and enjoyed
it very much. I think your work is wonderful and feel that
it will prove very beneficial to me. I will let you hear how
I respond to the treatment.
With best wishes to you, I am,
Sincerely, [
