TEXT

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2961].
3. As we find (There could be better cooperation here! - there are disturbances that are tending towards that of a very serious nature. These have been part of a growth; that is, they first began as disturbances with the general change in the glandular system, and this becoming aggravated by a discoordinatin between the liver and kidney circulation. Thus we have the accumulation about the kidney itself where there is a tendency for the softening of the organ itself. So it has become consumptive in its nature - or consuming in its nature (consumptive would imply the wrong thing - rather consuming in its nature).
4. This produces the great disturbance to the general effect of the nervous system, and the FEARS that come to the body at times; and then the opposite disorders that arise in the activities of the body.
5. These upset, naturally, the general equilibrium of the body. And unless measures are taken, this as we find must continue to grow as a disturbing factor in the conditions of the body.
6. ALL the glands are involved, but the auxiliary activities of the glandular force just above the kidneys are the more involved. Thus the heaviness across this area, to the limbs - and the body so easily tires; it becoming hard for the body to prevent melancholia at times.
7. These as we find are the effects, or the conditions, that exist with this body, [2961] we are speaking of.
8. When there are those things taken that quiet same, as a sedative, the nervous system may become near normal in the reactions. When these are not given, gradually there is brought about the greater disturbance.
9. To reach the seat of the troubles, then, we find that it would be necessary to use - at least every other day - the Ultra-Violet Ray; preferably the Mercury Quartz Light, rather than the Carbon Light. But do use the green plate glass between the ultra-violet and the body. The Mercury light should be at least thirty-eight to forty inches away from the body, while the green plate glass would be only fourteen to eighteen inches from the body, so that the rays are diffused through the green light. Preferably use the plate glass green light, see?
10. The body should lie upon the face, and this should be applied to the back - the central area, about the 9th dorsal. Give for about a minute and a half every other day.
11. When the Ultra-Violet has been used for at least eight to ten times, then we would begin (not before) giving internally small quantities of Atomidine; one minim in half a glass of water before the morning meal, for three days in succession out of each week; that is, choosing three days out of each week and giving it on those days, see?
12. The activity of the Atomidine is to aid the glandular force in the thyroid, that produces the activity to nails and hair, and to the mammary glands, or to the glands where hair on the body irritates at times.
13. Also it would be beneficial to massage Atomidine over the nails of the hands, as well as of the toes; but not on the nail itself - rather on the cuticle close to the nail, see? or above the nail, for this will aid in strengthening same. But we need the effect of all of this in the body.
14. When necessary, use the sedatives.
15. But we would take the vital energies that may be obtained from the use of the Purity Cross Vitamins; and for this body take one tablet or capsule every other day, preferably when ready to retire of evening.
16. In the diet, - just keep away from too much sweets, and the combinations of too much starches and proteins at the same meal. These are needed - the starches and proteins - but their combinations are not too well.
17. Keep in the open when it is practical. Keep as good or as pleasant company about the body as possible, or let the body keep that character of company as much as practical.
18. Do that.
19. Ready for questions.
20. (Q) What is wrong with her head?
    (A) The reflexes of the pains, or the disturbance causing the pain to same; and the effect to the body-forces of the glandular system.
Do these things suggested, and we should find better conditions.
These all may be taken at home, provided - of course - a nurse, or someone who would apply same, would give the treatments.
21. We are through for the present.
