This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at the office of the Association, Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 20th day of July, 1943, in accordance with request made by the self - Miss [2988], Associate Member of the Ass'n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

TEXT

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2988]; this we have had before.
3. As we find, while conditions show a great improvement, and the hydrotherapy treatments have been most beneficial, there are those conditions still remaining that should be broken up by the specific forms of adjustments.
4. The hydrotherapy treatments we would take about once every ten days or two weeks apart.
5. But the adjustments and corrections necessary, in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th cervical, and in the lumbar and sacral area, that causes the distress to the body with the Periods, should be done osteopathically. We would have these done by such as McLean. These should be in the upper portion; that is, the cervical area; of a relaxing nature, and gradually making the corrections necessary there. Those made in the sacral and lumbar, and even through the coccyx area, should be for the stimulating of the activity of the circulation through the areas that are reached by the corrections made there.
6. Do these, and we should relieve those tensions through the body.
7. The suggestions for the diet are doing very well. Don't be impatient about losing weight too fast. There has been little or no gain in the weight.
8. If there will be the continuous taking of the grape juice four times each day, half an hour before each meal and before retiring, this will retard the amount necessary to be supplied for the appetites of the body and will gradually reduce the sugars - especially as the osteopathic corrections are gradually made in the lumbar and in the cervical areas.
9. These as we find, now, should bring the better conditions for the body.
10. Those that have been given were necessary. These as corrections now are necessary; twice a week until about ten or twelve are taken, - and then we would give further instructions, should this be necessary.
11. Ready for questions.
12. (Q) Have I failed in diet?
    (A) Not so much failed as being indiscreet at times in things taken.
13. (Q) Please check sex organs carefully.
    (A) These as indicated need the corrections as outlined.
14. (Q) Could I take Sea Tabs instead of fish suggested in diet?
    (A) You can take 'em, but they won't be as effective with the body!
15. (Q) Shall I keep present diet?
    (A) The diet is very good in most portions, - yes.
