3039]'s letter to EC:
"...A year ago I had a reading from Mr. Cayce (ordered by
my wife) because of difficulty I had with hemorrhoids,
mainly. But before I was able to go through all the
treatments, certain suggestions not being obtainable here
(types of baths) became so much worse I had to have an
operation (hemorrhoidectomy).
"Now, after four months, I am no better than before. Is
there not some medicine, probably suppositories, recommended
by Mr. Cayce, that I could obtain through you or elsewhere?
I believe in Mr. Sugrue's book there is mention of such
suppository, and my wife asked about them when originally
requesting a reading for me. However, she did not receive
this information. Medicines given me by local doctors lose
their effectiveness after a short time, but from information
given in THERE IS A RIVER, I thought there might be something
that I could obtain through you that would be better.
"I am very tense, which aggravates the condition, although
trying hard to relax. I take hot water treatments which
provide temporary relief only.
"Should you be able to sell me any medicine, or a pamphlet
on this subject of hemorrhoids, or give suggestions, I would
greatly appreciate it..."
5/08/44 GD's note: EC wrote advising him to use the injection
of oils as designated on
2/16/44 (and many times previously
for others) in

a list of anything you may offer in the field of health
compiled from readings given by the late Mr. Cayce..."
