Upper Montclair, N.J.
Dear Dr. Peterson:
I want to thank you very much for yours of the fourteenth and
for your attempt to cooperate with us regarding Mrs. [
3052].
Just yesterday, we gave her a check reading and I am in hopes
that you will take this in hands and see if we can't bring a
whole lot of help for Mrs. [
3052]. I do not think that there
is anything in the reading that you wouldn't subscribe to.
Of course, if there is, do not hesitate to say so for we are
trying to find, even after forty years, just what this is all
about. But it has been a help for thousands of people during
the past forty years where we could get the cooperation of
the physician in charge. I hope it will prove to be through
[true with her] her. If there are any questions or anything
you would like to ask about this, don't hesitate to write me.
Thanking you and with every good wish, I am,
Sincerely, Edgar Cayce

..., NEW JERSEY
My dear Mr. Cayce:-
In response to the letter from the Association, regarding the
present needs, I enclose a check for $25 with every good wish
for increasing usefulness.
I wish to thank you for coming to New York, and giving your
time to this journey. I was one of those at the luncheon
today who were privileged to hear you speak, and I feel sure
that all who heard you talk were helped by your earnestness
and your sincerity and the high quality of your message.
Sincerely yours, [

Dear Mrs. [
3052]
Thank you very, very much for yours of the ninth. I wish
I might have had the opportunity to meet and speak with you
personally. I am glad to know that you enjoyed my feeble
effort at the luncheon. Of course, it is mighty hard in
such an audience to know just what to say. Consequently,
one "smatters" over a whole lot and maybe just here and
there one gets something worthwhile. I wish too, to thank
you very, very much for you contribution to the sponsorship
fund. I appreciate this more than I can tell you.
Thanking you, I am
Sincerely, Edgar Cayce [EC/vw]
