TEXT

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [3064].
3. As we find, there are rather complications of disturbances, owing to the manner of the disturbance in the glandular forces of the body. These produce the tendencies for the sympathetic system to ofttimes override the abilities in the central blood and nervous system.
4. Thus the tiredness, and many of those conditions. Not purely of the neurotic nature, yet the feelings ofttimes in the body of either resignedness or of rebellion against the physical as well as the mental conditions that surround the body.
5. There is the inability to obtain rest from the normal sleep, and yet the desire at times of inertia - while at other times there MUST be some activity else the body would not wholly contain itself.
6. These cause a drain upon the whole general nervous system, and produce incoordination between sympathetic and cerebrospinal nervous forces.
7. We find that these are the sources, while other conditions - as the direct reaction to organs of the body - if these are directed, if these coordinations are reestablished - should bring much bettered conditions for this body, [3064].
8. As we find, then:
9. First we would prepare the low vibrations that are only of the body forces, with the Radio-Active Appliance, to assist in coordinating the circulation through the body.
10. Do keep this consistently for half an hour twice a day, or one hour each day. Keep the anodes clean.
11. For this body, only alternate from right to left wrist, and from right to left ankle. When the Appliance is attached to the right wrist, make the other attachment to the left ankle. When the attachment is on the left wrist, put the other on the right ankle.
12. This will make for rest, with the other conditions - but all of these should be a part of the experience:
13. Each week have a thorough, gentle massage. This should be more in the form of a Swedish massage, or a neuropathic treatment of following the nerves and stimulating the glands from those areas just below the breast bone to those areas just above the pelvic organs. This should be along the frontal portion, as well as along the spine itself. This should follow either a hot and cold shower, or a thorough rubdown along the spine with tepid and then cold water, see?
14. Also each day we would have the combination of vitamins as prepared in VIMS. These carry sufficient of B-1 and B-Complex, as well as A, D and G, to aid - with the massage AND the circulation being stimulated by the Appliance - in bringing much better help for this body.
15. Do that.
16. And, as these are applied, we find that the activities of the body may be better stimulated for constructive thinking.
17. When the Appliance is used, do use the period for meditation upon SPIRITUAL things; knowing that all healing, all correcting of the spiritual and of the mental life must come from the divine within, and the results in the physical being will be in keeping with that which is developed in the spiritual self.
18. Do that, and we will bring much bettered conditions for this body, [3064].
19. Ready for questions.
20. (Q) What is the condition of heart?
    (A) This is very good, considering these variations that come.
The lack of vitality will be aided by the vitamins and the minerals combined in the properties called VIMS. Use ALL of these, - not one, but all - if there would be the better conditions.
And the attitude, the meditation - these are as necessary as ANY of the others.
21. We are through for the present.
