10/17/43 [
3128]'s letter to EC:
"Here I come again to talk to you about my Life Reading of
August 2nd. Since receiving it, I have studied it carefully
several times and still think it to be the most wonderful
thing in my life.
"One or two things puzzle me. One is the matter of being
misunderstood. So far, I have not been particularly
conscious of this condition, perhaps it is still in the
future. In that case, I wish to avoid it by changing myself,
and for that reason I would like another reading on any last
incarnation as Kert Kirschar.
"Mention is made of 'forming with the ideals of a free, a
purposeful, a directed, a guided experience.' I would like
to know just what that experience was. Also, just what the
'secret activities' were, for they seem to form a basis for
some of the misunderstandings in this life.
"As to the work suggested in this life. Not having any
children of my own, I have little experience, however, I am
fond of children and always have the neighbor children about.
I want to develop my talents along these lines and wonder if
more specific instructions can be given.
"Can it be given just how the present members of my family
were associated in past lives? I have felt from the
beginning that I have known my husband before.
"I know you must be very busy with readings, as the success
of 'There Is A River' is in turn a recognition of your own
great work. If it is possible to give me another reading, I
would be very happy, for I would love to have these questions
answered.
"There is mention made in my reading of the Egyptian period
about the time of the Temple of Sacrifice and Temple
Beautiful. Does the Association perhaps have a pamphlet on
that period? I would appreciate having it sent.
"The book 'A Search For God' has proved a true light on the
way. I have worked through it twice and feel it has still
many more things to give to me. Also, since I wish to give
copies to some friends, I am enclosing the money for two. I
think it is an ideal Christmas present for anyone at all
interested in these things.
"I hope you can find time for another reading and that you
will let me know the time and price.
"Best wishes for the continued success of your work and that
of the Association."
Sincerely, [

"I received your letter and my Associate Membership card.
Since I am scheduled for a check life reading on May 1st, I
think I owe you either ten or twenty dollars for same.
Please let me know which amount is correct.
"Having received so much help from your publications and
reading, I feel I would like to contribute whatever little I
am able to. Being located in ... where we have one of the
countries finest libraries, I wonder if at any time I could
contribute some research work for you on any subject the
Association is working on. I wish you would call on me if I
can be of any service.
"Recently, in reading 'Psychology of the Unconscious' by
Jung, I came upon an interesting reference in ancient myths
to the almond tree as having life giving qualities. This
reference is on page 557 #32. In case you would like a copy
of this, I shall be glad to send it to you."
