7/43 "I am looking forward to my appt. with you for a rdg.
July 17th 10:30 to 11:30. I will be here where I make my
home with my sister and I feel that your suggestions will
help me.
"You very kindly wrote me that I could pay you as convenient,
so I will enclose a check for $10.00 now and send the other
around July 24th.
"I am very eager to have your rdg. I have a borrowed copy of
"A Search For God" and I will be praying at the time of the
rdg. that you be guided by the highest power and I will try
very hard to follow your instructions absolutely.
"About five nearly six months ago I had a chiropractic
treatment which evidently injured the nerve or nerves in my
back, causing sciatica and arthritis in my right side and
leg. It was intensely painful - and kept me in bed about
four months - Now I can sit up but I can't walk. My right
leg won't hold me up, on account of the injured nerve. The
muscles atrophied and my leg grew smaller. I have severe
pain in my knee if I try to step on my foot. Also my foot
swells and pains.
"I am doctoring right along and I take one intravenous
injection of thiamin chloride and two intra muscular
injections of concentrated liver - every week. I take a
sleeping pill at night.
"I am very weak and eager to to get well. The nerves of my
back seems weak and any effort seems to effect me in the
solar plexus and causes depression.
"I eagerly await your diagnosis and instructions and I am
grateful to you for your reading."
