This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at the office of the Association, Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 16th day of December, 1943, in accordance with request made by the self - Mrs. [3149], Associate Member of the Ass'n for Research and Enlightenment, Inc.

1. GC: You will the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures, answering the questions as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [3149] this we have had before.
3. As we find, there are periods when there's real improvement, and there are others when the body becomes so upset in its mental attitude towards conditions and people as to break down much of the good which has been accomplished.
4. While the glandular system is involved, we find it is more the lymph glands.
5. In making the osteopathic adjustments, we would massage the lymph centers - from the pubic center to the throat itself, and in the back of the neck, raising the head forward and the breathing brought into same - through the deep breathing. This will aid these.
6. We would continue with the adjustments, with these changes.
7. Do keep the vibrations of the Appliance, though the connections should be kept cleaner and be attached more firmly. These are not just to be set on, but should be taped or tied. And do cleanse the plates when taken off and when replaced on the body. Do disconnect from the Appliance when not in use. Do connect to the Appliance twenty minutes before they are to be attached to the body - don't attach then to the body and then attach to the Appliance.
8. Do keep the vibrations at maximum rather than minimum strength, recharging the Appliance every thirty days. We would begin now to carry the Gold Solution to the body vibratorially (that is, through the Appliance). The proportions would be (one grain Chloride of Gold Sodium to each once of distilled water, and use at least three ounces of each fifteen day period); that is, renewing the Gold Solution every twenty-five days.
9. The attachments, then, would be made in this manner: The large plate, through which the Gold Solution passes vibratorially, would be attached to the umbilical and lacteal duct center - that is three fingers from the navel center to the right and two fingers up from that point. The small plate would be attached to the 9th dorsal.
10. Be sure to change the Gold Solution every fifteen days.
11. Do these. It required a long period for the body to deteriorate to the present disturbances. It will require as long again for it to recuperate.
12. Be persistent in mind and in body. Be good for something, not merely good in thine own estimation.
13. Ready for questions.
14. (Q) Is smoking cigarettes bad for me?
    (A) Smoking cigarettes to excess is bad for any person, and is bad for this person.
15. (Q) What causes and will correct feeling eyes are staring and limbs are stiff, which came at time of childbirth?
    (A) These all arise from lymph circulations and the activities indicated. With the treatments along the spine do treat the lymph centers in frontal portion of body, back of neck, at jaws, at the breast bone, at the sternum, in the abdomen area and at the pubic center. Do massage or correct these, and especially the lungs and breathing. You'll have to train this body almost how to breathe.
16. (Q) Is condition of tongue and teeth related to the above condition?
    (A) Not necessarily, it is related, but sympathetically arises from the general disturbance.
17. (Q) Any suggestions as to diet?
    (A) A well balanced diet is the better for the body.
