TEXT

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [3175].
3. As we find, there are disorders or tendencies and inclinations with this body. The body is very, very good in many ways. There has been a great deal of suppressions in the activities and functionings of the body, especially as related to activities in the central and the sympathetic nervous system. These, as we find, have brought such suppressions as to cause improper coordination between cerebrospinal and sympathetic nervous systems.
4. This allows for the very poor lymph circulation at times; causing a dryness or dullness to the superficial circulation as to make the skin at times feel as if it is irritated underneath in varied portions of the body. This tends to make for arthritic reactions or the accumulations through portions of the nerve and muscular forces of the body.
5. First we would purify the glands by taking small quantities of Atomidine regularly - one drop in half a glass of water each morning before breakfast for five days in succession. On the sixth day take five minims.
6. In the afternoon of that same day (the sixth day) take an Epsom Salts Bath, using at least fifteen pounds of Epsom Salts to forty gallons of water as warm as the body can stand same. Remain in this for at least twenty to twenty-five minutes, throughout the period massaging the limbs - the feet, the knees, the hips, the elbows, shoulders, hands; so that the reactions that come from this absorbing of the activities will be such as to eliminate poisons from the body.
7. When sponged or showered off afterward, massage the body thoroughly from the head to the feet with this combination of oils:

   Olive Oil.............2 ounces,
Peanut Oil............2 ounces,
Lanolin (melted)....1/4 ounce.

8. Do stimulate the eliminations through the alimentary canal following such a series of treatments. For this we would use vegetable compounds or those laxatives having a senna base.
9. After the system has been cleansed in such a manner; that is, after the first series of these applications, begin taking regularly, once each week, the Jerusalem artichoke. This is for those tendencies in the spleen and pancreas, so that there will not be the reaction through the suppressions and those tendencies for the form of anemia. Cook the artichoke in Patapar paper, preserving the juices so that they may be mixed with the bulk of the artichoke. Use one about the size of a hen egg, once each week. This is much better than the insulin or the tablets that have been recommended and taken at times by the body.
10. Follow this complete series of treatments each month for a period of some six to eight months, and we will bring better conditions for the body.
11. In the diet beware of any kind of hog meat, though crisp breakfast bacon may be taken occasionally.
12. Do remove salt from the diet except kelp or deep sea salt or the vegetable salts that are prepared for health salt.
13. Do not take any quantity of stimulating properties such as vinegar, pickles, spices, or things of such natures.
14. Do not take sweets, except honey occasionally.
15. Fish, fowl and lamb are the preferable meats. The vegetables should be principally those of the leafy nature for this body. Pod vegetables are not so harmful, but do not take butter beans or Lima beans or peas. White beans may be taken provided these are not cooked with fat meat. If they are seasoned with the fat as from chicken it will be much preferable. Wild game, such as partridge, pheasant or the like will be helpful in the general conditions.
16. As for the eye condition - while there are those tendencies in the system either for the creating of sugar or for the arthritic reactions, do not have operations. For this would be more harmful than beneficial.
17. Later this may be removed, but this is a serious operation, and unless there is a very excellent surgeon there will be a scar left on the eye. For this penetrates deeper than it looks from the exterior.
18. As to the general attitude, we find as indicated, that suppressions through the emotional nature have been the greater contributing factor to those physical tendencies. Then keep in that attitude oft of prayer. Let it ever be, in the entity's own words: FATHER, GOD! LOOK UPON THY SERVANT WHO SEEKS TO BE EVER A CHANNEL OF BLESSING AND HELP TO OTHERS. LET THY WILL, O GOD, BE DONE IN AND THROUGH ME; NOT MY PURPOSE BUT THINE BE DONE; THAT I MAY BE THE GREATER BLESSING TO THOSE WHOM I MAY AID IN ANY MANNER TO BE OF A GREATER SERVICE TO MY FELLOW MAN.
19. Ready for questions.
20. We are through for the present.
