It is exactly one week since you gave me a reading, and the
reason I have put off writing you, is that I hoped to be able
to say that I had looked up the references, and understood
all that the reading meant.
It seemed rather abrupt to leave immediately after the
reading without saying good-bye to you, but Mother had the
idea that you were tired and would rather not see us again,
and indeed, we did take an awful lot of your time, which must
be valuable. I should have liked to say thank you again!
I must admit that I am sorely puzzled! I have spent the
greater part of this week reading "There is a River", and
looking through the public library for some mention of what I
was in former incarnations, but without success. I had hoped
that by reading Atlantean history to gain some insight as to
the method by which I could put into action the suggestions
for this life, but although I read 3 histories I found
nothing, so I must have gotten the wrong books, as you all
seemed quite familiar with that period and the people!
Also, had I read "There is a River" before the reading, there
would have been many other questions I could have asked, but
didn't and they are bothering me now.
If you read what you said, you can probably guess some of
them, such as; What should be my next step in the immediate
future, or the next job I should look for? Does the
communication with North Africa and the Iberian peninsula
start now, or after the war (whenever that is)? How do I go
about it? Is it as a part of an already established airline,
or will it be an entirely new development? The reading
implies (I think) that I need not know any Spanish. How
come? The answer to the first question I asked said that
rather than flying in England I should fly in North Africa.
I wonder if that means now, and if so, how?
That is the gist of my puzzlement, and it is great!
I should like very much to be able to come down and do some
research on my own and other peoples problems as presented
in the book, and my reading, and if time permits, I shall
request your permission, but the immediate necessity is to
find a job, and since last Saturday, I have been wondering
where I should look for it. In the meantime, wonder if you
could make some suggestions as to where I should look for
references to those persons whose entities were mine.
May I say again how much I appreciated your giving me
a reading last week, and also for all the time you took
from your work to talk to us so interestingly.
Since I had such good luck in getting a reading without
waiting for it, I am taking the liberty of sending you a
check for $10, in the hope that, if ever anyone else cancels
out or anything, you could squeeze in the answers to my
questions, and so enlighten me further.
Please remember me to Mrs. Cayce, and Miss Davis, and thank
them for their part in my wonderful experience, and again
many, many thanks to you, and may your good health continue
for many years!
