1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have those impressions, those physical conditions that pertain to this body, [3198].
3. In giving those things that may be helpful, there would be given rather those that may be applied by self, that will be in keeping with conditions and circumstances pertaining to the body in the present. Thus, rather preventive or precautionary measures are to be taken in the present. These may prove very beneficial to the body under the circumstances under which there are disturbances at the time.
4. There are tendencies for acidity in the system. These are from a catarrhal condition through antrum, face, and head, the effect had by radiation from these as well as from congestion or drainages upon the digestive system.
5. These find an effect or result in some irritations to the feet, toes, and parts of the body. With the correction of one we will have much better conditions for the other. With the general exercise and the preventive medicines and injections that have been used, still better conditions physically will be the result.
6. Use as a spray for nasal passages and throat the Glyco-Thymoline, using two parts of distilled water and one part Glyco-Thymoline. Use this in a spray, warm when used; not hot, but warm.
7. Also there will be found that the use of this solution full strength on the extremities and in the groin will be helpful, for the conditions there.
8. We would take internally about three drops of Glyco-Thymoline in a glass of water every day.
9. These as corrective and preventive measures will be most beneficial for the body.

   Ass'n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc. Virginia Beach, Va.
   Dear Mr. Cayce:
   Received the physical reading given on Nov. 28 two days ago. Was very much pleased with it, inasmuch as you hit on the most active condition which has caused me discomfort. As the reading states, I have had injections of two different kinds and have tried other ways to combat the acidity of my system. Have already procured the Glyco-thymoline and am using it as instructed.
   In my letter written to you a few days ago, there was something I neglected to mention. Evidently, somewhere in your files you still have and are using my old address. You will notice that my APO number is now 964 and not 951. I trust this will be adjusted consistently throughout your records. [Questions here for Mental Spiritual reading, see in 3198-3 Background.]
   If physical reading is to be given on Jan. 21, in addition to that given on Nov. 28 (if not I should like another physical reading when convenient and most appropriate) - the following is request:
   1. In giving reading assume viewpoint of correcting and changing all physical conditions which exist in self to inhibit manifestation of creative forces through this body - pointing out all those conditions and habits present which should should be changed or totally removed, indicating how these conditions operate detrimentally to the entity. 2. What susceptibilities or tendencies exist in process of development in this body which may culminate in disease or organic breakdown at some time in the future, and what preventive measures may be taken to counteract these? 3. What is the nature of the inhibiting influence exerted by certain foods and pertinent stuffs which operate in this manner? 4. Should those physical exercises, breathing, etc., which are contemplated by self for spiritual purposes be undertaken under present circumstances? or at any time? If so under what conditions?
   I hope that these are not too much to ask, and that they are the proper type of questions.
