TEXT

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [3229].
3. As we find, there are conditions that are producing - or aiding in producing - disturbing factors in the general physical health of the body.
4. We find that these in themselves are not so serious as the possible outcome unless measures are taken in the present for the correction.
5. As is interpreted in conditions as they exist, these are of the glandular nature, and hence direct much of the mental thinking of the body.
6. We find that these in the main effect the organs of the torso; liver and kidneys, combining with the activities through the organs of the sensory system.
7. These cause reflexes to the organs of the pelvis; as the awarenesses that continue to be a part of the experience of each student seeking His ways.
8. These conditions are such that we find it would be well to use the low Wet Cell Appliance following the vital forces that aid in keeping the body well balanced or physically fit, as well as in supplying nutriment to replace those depleted areas in the organs of the pelvis and the activities through other organs of the body.
9. These vital forces may be best aided with hydrotherapy, about twice a week in the beginning. Following such a hydrotherapy treatment use the Wet Cell Appliance.
10. The hydrotherapy should include a mild sweat, the needle shower, and then a thorough rubdown; at the same time applying the electrical forces through the body doing the manipulating; to supply those activities needed for the re-creating of those actions to the glandular system.
11. Twice each week, - following the hydrotherapy treatment, - use the Wet Cell Appliance for thirty minutes; making the attachments in the same manner as the Radio-Active Appliance is ordinarily used.
12. Do these, and we should bring to the body the greater improvements.
13. Ready for questions.
14. (Q) For many years I have had pains in my crotch and testicles. Can you suggest a remedy?
    (A) These come from the general changes and the activity of the glands to be corrected by the use of the regular hydrotherapy.
Let these treatments be taken about twice a week for six to ten treatments; then they may be made farther apart, say twice a month.
15. (Q) For the past year I have had a habit of sucking my teeth. Can you indicate the cause and suggest a remedy?
    (A) This is from the glands of the stomach tending to draw in. This becomes a habit. But the sources are the glands in the stomach itself.
16. (Q) Can you suggest improvement in my diet, particularly with reference to vitamins?
    (A) We would keep just well balanced diet without particular reference to any special one, though let fish, fowl and lamb be the principal meats, - if meats are taken. And have at least two leafy vegetables to one grown under the ground or of the pod nature.
17. We are through with this reading.

(If you are to be in New York for any length of time, we would refer you to Dr. H. J. Reilly, R.C.A. Building, 1250 6th Ave., N.Y.C. Dr. Reilly is a physiotherapist who has had considerable experience with, and remarkable results from following Mr. Cayce's Readings. He is also familiar with the Wet Cell Appliance, and gives the type of electrical treatment recommended in your case. If you are not to be in New York it might be well to have Dr. Reilly recommend someone in your vicinity to carry out these treatments.
See directions [which were enclosed] to be sent to Mr. A. M. Godfrey, 2709 Lafayette Blvd., Norfolk, Va., for preparing the Wet Cell Appliance. Also see article [which was enclosed] explaining theory of this appliance.)
