Edgar Cayce
Association for Research and Enlightenment
Dear Mr. Cayce;
As you have reserved the afternoon of September 25th for my
Life Reading, I am writing now in regard to it.
I suppose the reading follows a general course or pattern
and that many topics are covered, but I especially want your
help in planning a future for myself which will coincide with
whatever talents I may have, and in trying to make the most
of these talents both for myself and for the benefit of
others.
If within your grasp is the power to reveal my spiritual
qualities, my choice in marriage, and other things to help
me in attaining higher goals, please tell me all you can.
I am hoping that through my Life Reading I may be able to
guide my life intelligently, to make wise decisions, and to
make sound and intelligent choices throughout my life.
I did not compile a specific group of questions but any
other information other than that mentioned above would be of
great interest to me. I am anxiously looking forward to the
results of my reading and after I have studied it and applied
any part of it to my life, I will let you know the nature of
the results.
Until I hear from you further I remain, [

Mr. Hugh Lynn Cayce,
Virginia Beach, Va.
Dear Mr. Cayce,
Your letter of August 16, together with the publications was
received. Your letter suggested that I get in touch with
two individuals who are members of the organization, but you
forgot to give me their names. I should like very much to
talk with them.
Yes, I should like also to attend the open meeting in Chicago
and to meet you, Mr. Cayce.
Do you have a copy of [
3241]'s life reading? When [

was married a year ago last June I thought I gave it into her
keeping. But she tells me she does not have it and I cannot
find it here. I wanted to refresh my memory before talking
to you about her reading.
Looking forward to meeting you and attending the meeting. I
am
Very sincerely (Mrs.) [...]
