10/01/43 [
3250]'s letter to GD:
My dear Gladys -
You will never know how helped I have been and am now and
will continue to be I know from my visit to dear Mr. Cayce
and his "household".
It was a beautiful experience to be in that loving and
helpful atmosphere to which you and Mrs. Cayce and the
other young lady all contributed -
I am so grateful to each one and please tell Mr. Cayce
that I will always remember with gratitude that he made
room for me in a crowded schedule -
I appreciate the kindness of the person who let me have
their time -
I am going to write Mr. Cayce, but I feel to add one letter
to that large file is a shame -
In making out the check to Mr. Cayce I fear I may have
spelled his name incorrectly. If It causes any trouble
at the bank, let me know and I will correct it - Please
hold my Dec 11th date and let me know when I should mail
check - The one BIG question that I should have asked and
failed to do so is this - "Were any letters which I wrote
between October 1942 and January 1st 1943 opened and read
by others than the one they were addressed to"
If this question can be asked in a Physical Reading, I will
take a Physical Reading. If not, I will take a Mental and
Spiritual Reading -
Again let me express loving appreciation for your kindness -
P.S. I expect to be in my home in ..., Ala. Dec 11 -
3-30
P.M. - time of reading.

2174-5 Reports.
GD's note: Mrs. [
3250]'s sister, [
5408]'s wife, requested a
Physical Rdg., and a second Physical Rdg., for [
5408] and a
Life Rdg., for their son, [
3463].
1/24/44 Reports from [
3250]'s sister, [
3463]'s mother:
"My sister, Mrs. [
3250] is back in the terrible mental
distress. If she had followed the Life Rdg., and gone to
[
2174]'s, she would be on the road to recovery. But staying
at home, she has gotten under the cloud of fear, thinking
that the house is full of hidden microphones. She was so
much better for 2 months. Mrs. [
2174] invited her to come."
1/25/45,
1/26/45, Mrs. [
3250] and her sister each wrote a
letter of sympathy to Mrs. Cayce re. EC's passing.
