TEXT

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes - we have had this place before - they are in a different room - a good looking stairway!
3. We have the body here, [3298].
4. As we find, there are disturbing conditions. However, these should all respond to one character of treatment for this body, if there is consistency in the diet as these treatments are administered.
5. These would be rather the Don'ts, than so much of Do's. For what there is to be administered here should be done mostly by some other person than the self. The mind of the entity itself should be kept rather on the Don'ts. Don't take any form of hard drinks. Don't take any carbonated waters. Don't neglect the eliminations for the body.
6. These, then, would be the Do's:
7. Do take small quantities of Glyco-Thymoline as an intestinal and as a gland antiseptic. Take about six drops each morning before breakfast and each evening before retiring.
8. Do have the thorough hydrotherapy treatments. These should include light sweats in dry Cabinet, and then a great deal of the Fume Bath carrying witchhazel.
9. Do have rubdowns afterward with Pine Oil combined with cocoa butter, particularly around the neck and the glands of same, under the arms and down the central portion of the body in front, around the lower portion of the rib area and across the diaphragm, massaging thoroughly all over the abdomen. Then massage along the back, either side of the spine rather than the spine itself.
10. Do correct that balance in the pelvic areas. Massage the points of the pelvic bone and then under the knees, and the feet and ankles, especially; and the body will be rid of this superfluous hair that comes on portions of the body. Also we will find that the conditions through the intestinal tract, the tiredness through the limbs and the general conditions of the body will be much improved.
11. Ready for questions.
12. (Q) How can I gain from 10 to 15 pounds?
    (A) By following these suggestions. Have these treatments at least once each week until you have had twenty to twenty-five.
13. (Q) Should I continue taking Feosol for my anemic condition? Or what would be better?
    (A) No. We would add rather KalDak as a body-blood builder. For this adds the chemicals that are lacking in the body; provided it is taken in whole milk.
14. (Q) How can I firm the tissues of my legs and chest?
    (A) With the massages as given.
15. (Q) Are my glasses correctly fitted? If not, what changes should be made?
    (A) Will not be after these treatments, but do not change these until the treatments have been carried out. Then have glasses corrected.
16. (Q) What can I do to get rid of broken veins on the face and lines on forehead and around mouth?
    (A) The massage with the things indicated will remove these conditions. At times, of course, use on the face and the neck the clay treatment. Even allow this to remain on overnight as a pack. It'll not be very pleasant but it'll get rid of them - if you want to get rid of them and pay the price for it.
17. (Q) How can I help a chronic infection in the back of my nose?
    (A) This is included in that indicated.
Do these things suggested and we will have better conditions for this body.
Think right, keep sweet. Don't overdo it, but don't become too body-conscious.
18. We are through for the present.

Two copies to Self - (one for the osteopath or hydrotherapist)
    Copy to Ass'n file
(KalDak is distributed by the Lanworth Company, Lansing, Michigan. It sells for $2.50 a package.)
