TEXT

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [3376].
3. Now, while we find there are many conditions that are very good, there are disturbances of rather a subtle nature that are producing disorders through the physical forces of the body. Unless corrected, these may become very aggravating and of a constitutional nature, so as to establish hindrances which will prevent the better physical, mental and spiritual reactions in this body.
4. These have to do primarily with the glandular conditions, especially thyroid; and as these are related to the other glands of the body, those of the assimilating system and the eliminating system, as well as the organs of the pelvis.
5. Then, these are the conditions as we find them with this body, [3376] we are speaking of:
6. The blood supply has a tendency towards anemia, but a peculiar type of anemia - that where there are disturbances continually between the lymph and emunctory circulations; while the blood cells of white and red corpuscles cause more of the normal reactions. But the incoordination between some of the glands and the activities produce these disturbances. Thus we have disorders - poor eliminations, very painful periods at times, the throat and the digestive forces upset, headaches and those reactions.
7. The nerves of the body, of course, suffer under these strains, and sometimes the body becomes so overtaxed by being mentally upset as to have a greater distressing effect that if there were real injury physically to the body.
8. Hence the injunction as might be given for the body to get a better surety in self as to its spiritual outlook. Leave off the finding of faults, and so many faults will not be found with you. Leave off speaking unkindly. If it is impossible to say nice things about a person, keep silent - even though what you might say may be true. Remember, there's so much good in the worst of us that it doesn't behoove the best of us to speak unkindly of any of the rest of us.
9. These are the manners in which the entity should approach its associations. These are the mental attitudes needed. Remember, the mental attitudes will have much to do with whether you will grow a straight toe nail or keep your eyes straight, or keep your voice when you are upset. For these work with the glands of the sensory system.
10. These should be looked into by self. There is not a better manner than reading the Book itself, for this phase of the general mental and spiritual attitude. Remember that the attitude of mind has much to do with the conditions of the body - this body particularly.
11. But in the pathological conditions we find, as indicated in the thyroid glands, the glands of the jejunum, the glands of the pelvis, the adrenals, all suffer for lack of nutriment or nourishment.
12. As we find, then, to correct these we would begin first and take two drops of Atomidine each morning before breakfast for about ten days.
13. Then, have a good hydrotherapy treatment. This should include a Fume Bath, a Bubble Bath and then a massage. This massage should be with an equal combination of Tincture or Myrrh and Olive Oil. Heat the oil and to add the Myrrh. This should be massaged especially in the throat and the spinal area.
14. Then leave this off for two weeks.
15. Then begin with taking the Atomidine again, two drops each morning for two weeks.
16. Then have the general hydrotherapy treatment each week for about five weeks.
17. When we begin with the hydrotherapy and massage, begin taking the compound called Kaldak. Take a level teaspoonful twice each day. Dissolve it first in a small quantity of hot water, then fill the glass with milk and cream - or milk and cream mixed.
18. Do these and we will bring nearer to normal conditions for this body.
19. Do the first things first. This will mean the mental and spiritual attitude, and then the beginning of the applications indicated for the body.
20. Be sure to use the Myrrh and Olive Oil for the rubs here - the head and the neck, the spine, and across those areas of the abdomen. Especially should these oils be massaged well into the body through the ovarian areas. Such a massage followed with an alcohol rub.
21. Ready for questions.
22. (Q) What can I do to keep my teeth for life?
    (A) You should have begun a long time ago if you were going to keep these! Some need local attention in the present. But do this after you have taken the KalDak for at least three to four weeks. This is a tonic, adding vitamins and iron, phosphorous, and will aid in correcting many of these disturbances.
23. (Q) Is front tooth damaged or nerve impaired?
    (A) This needs local attention.
24. (Q) How can I improve condition of my eyes so glasses will not be necessary, EXPLAIN?
    (A) Glasses will eventually be necessary, but as the head and neck massages are given with these properties indicated it will be some little time before they will be necessary.
25. (Q) What can be done to develop the bust to off-set angular line of my body?
    (A) Massaging the mammary glands with cocoa butter; not the bust but the glands. Massage always upward, not down not around but upward. This means commence at about the waist line under the arms, and especially the patches where there are the mammary glands, and where the emunctory patches supply nutriment to the glands.
26. (Q) How can I grow long tough finger nails?
    (A) By having the glands in the thyroids corrected, and we have indicated as to how this can be done.
Do these things and we will bring better conditions for this body.
27. We are through with this reading.
