TEXT

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [3414].
3. As we find, while the body is very good in many respects there are conditions of which the body should be warned. Not that it should become so body-minded as to place this before anything else, but where conditions have become exaggerated, and there are those tendencies for portions of the body to become under stress, it is well that corrections be made before they become too greatly aggravated through some conditions that might arise in the body.
4. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body:
5. The blood supply indicates that there is the lack of the proper eliminations through alimentary canal. Not that the eliminations are not very good at times, but there are those conditions through the colon, and especially in the descending colon, that unless corrected will cause disturbances that may become very, very disturbing. These have been the areas from which tendencies or pressures arise, because of the plethoric condition which exists in a portion of the transverse and the upper portion of the descending colon, making pressures on the organs of the pelvis, causing those tendencies for the accumulations in the uterus - thus causing aggravating conditions.
6. Also the circulation is disturbed through the exterior, or the extremities of the body. This also is a portion of the disturbance in the sphincter centers or rectal area, that are aggravating - as the itching after evacuations, and the like.
7. All of these are portions of disturbance through alimentary canal, and with the correction of these there would be overcome those periods of heaviness that at times occur after a meal or a little overexercise of evenings or the like.
8. Then, these are the warnings, these are those conditions existent that affect the body supply, the nerve system, and the reactions in the body as indicated.
9. These would be corrected best by direct connections with activities in hydrotherapy treatments. But there should be adjustments and a stimulating treatment for this body through the sacral and lumbar areas.
10. The type of the hydrotherapy would be the dry sweats, followed with oil rubs, using this combination of oils:

    Pine Oil...................1 ounce,
Peanut Oil.................2 ounces,
Lanolin (liquefied)......1/4 ounce.

11. There should be Sitz Baths as well as the Bubble Bath. These, with the light stimulation of the electrically driven vibrator or the Violet Ray will stimulate the circulation between the superficial and deeper activities.
12. If these are followed correctly there should be brought much better conditions for the body.
13. Do have at least five to six colonic irrigations, given properly. The first should be given at the time of the first hydrotherapy treatment, the next in about ten days, the next about two weeks later, and so on. These should indicate as to whether all mucous has been removed from the colon.
14. And then begin (not before) with the use of vitamins to build up the body. KalDak for this body will be most beneficial. Take a level teaspoonful once each day, preferably about 9 to 10 o'clock of morning. If the body doesn't arise before 9 o'clock, take it about 11 - with tomato juice, as the excess of vitamin C is needed for this particular body, to control the superficial circulation.
15. Where those blemishes are indicated on thumb and on parts of the body, as they occur, use baking soda combined with Castor Oil - made into an ointment and bound on. This will make it very sore for a day, and then take off the binding but massage it with this mixture about every other day - and it will disappear.
16. In the diet keep well balanced in those things that bring A, D and G into the system, or leafy vegetables, milk and such foods that carry same.
17. Do that.
18. Ready for questions.
19. (Q) Have I arthritis anywhere in my body?
    (A) Only poor eliminations. If these are corrected and the vitamins are added, there should be no tendencies.
20. (Q) Is liquor harmful to my body?
    (A) Liquor is harmful to the body, especially in the present conditions. Light wines may not be a little later on, but not in the present.
21. We are through with this reading.
