A. Parkinson's Disease
We have reports on this case up through March of 1945. Did
you continue to carrying out the suggestions after that time?
Did the osteopathic treatments relieve the accumulation of
mucous in the throat? Do you consider that the mental and
spiritual life was helped through this reading? Any other
items that would tie in with the reading?
"My brother, [
3491], passed on in May of 1945 after an
illness of ten years duration. Medical science seems to
be helpless in the treatment of this condition known as
Parkinson's Disease.
"After following Mr. Cayce's instructions for about six
months, there seemed to be a slight improvement, perhaps
psychological, in his condition, but I am sorry to say it
did not last.
"I think after Mr. Cayce's passing he felt the last hope
was gone. You see, he was aware of his condition and knew
that nothing could be done as far as medical science was
concerned, and he had his hopes pinned on instructions
received through Mr. Cayce. We followed those
instructions so faithfully."
