TEXT

  1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
  2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [3536].
  3. As we find, there are disturbances which prevent the better physical functioning. While there are pathological conditions and disturbances, there are also psychological disturbances that must be considered in applications mad - if there would be brought the nearer to normal reactions in this body.
  4. These have come more by the very manner and nature - that is, the psychological nature of the disturbance, than from other causes. Having reached that period of suggestion wherein there have been the constant precautions as to care for self, the body has begun to feel sorry for self and must be aroused in the mental forces to make resistances against such conditions.
  5. This can best be done by young people near the age of the body, as to activities outside, in the open. Hence much would be accomplished by a change of environ, where there can be outside activities.
  6. These must not be such as to overburden the body; that is, as of evenings, dampness, or where colds would be easily contracted. For there are those tendencies for strep in the blood, or a low form of fever that produces infection in the blood supply; affecting the liver and the cardiac circulation, including lungs. These are pathological conditions, to be sure.
  7. Then, the sources are a combination of psychological and pathological conditions.
  8. First, then, we would add to the body those climatic changes that are contemplated - preferably the west coast of Florida.
  9. Then we would have those activities about the body for being in the open; not necessarily over-active but being often in the open.
  10. For an hour each day, three days in succession each week, we would apply the Castor Oil Packs over the liver and gall duct area.
  11. After the third day, take internally two tablespoonsful of Olive Oil.
  12. Then leave off these until the next week, and repeat the whole procedure.
  13. Also we would begin with the use of the Brandy Keg for inhaling the fumes from Pure Apple Brandy into the lungs.
  14. Take CALCIOS about three times each week to build up resistance. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, for instance, eat a whole wheat cracker spread thinly with Calcios - preferably at the noon meal.
  15. In the diet refrain from large quantities of sugar or fats, but have plenty of good stable foods; as potatoes, meats, vegetables - not cooked in grease, but cooked and then prepared with butter or the like. Have plenty of milk and eggs.
  16. We find it would be well to take occasionally an eggnog, using rye whiskey with egg.
  17. Do these things and we will bring better conditions for the body.
  18. Ready for questions.
  19. (Q) Why is his perspiration such as it is, and what can we do to bring his body to equilibrium?
    (A) The conditions as indicated in body, the temperature, and the incoordination in the respiratory system.
  20. (Q) Which sensory organs are normal and which are not?
    (A) With a psychopathic and a pathological condition existent, would you find many of them normal? Not in this body!
  21. (Q) What is the condition of his nervous system?
    (A) The incoordination between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal system - this is not good. The nervous system is very sensitive and takes on most everything one might suggest that the body has.
  22. (Q) Should any vitamins be taken?
    (A) You'll be taking plenty of vitamins if you take the food values as indicated, and these are much better for the body - if the body is in the open and the conditions in the lung and throat are aided by the activities of the inhalant and by the use of Calcios in the body to increase the circulation and build up body-resistance.
  23. (Q) In light of his physical condition and temperament, what educational guidance would be best at present?
    (A) Let's get him well first and then guide him - if he has those things to be guided for! For these will bring about great changes in the body, if there are those near the own age often with the body.
Do these things, if we would bring better conditions for this body.
  24. We are through with this Reading.
