EC: Yes, we have had this body here before. As we find,
don't be overanxious. Do give the opportunity for those
applications, each of them to have their effect upon the
conditions of the body. If there is strict adherence to
these, not adding too much nor taking away too much, the body
will find results. Remember, be consistent - don't depend
wholly upon the material applications.
While there are many varied conditions given as to diet, as
to purifying throat and lungs, as to the effect of properties
upon the lymph circulation of throat and head, remember that
these have a basis of power, of force.
What is the source of all good? Ask self that. Answer it -
don't give just a guess at it. If you don't know, you had
better be finding out - you'll need it much sooner than you
would expect, if you don't pay more attention to it!
Do those things, for it is of the mental and spiritual
import. Why would the body be physically improved if it is
not for betterment, not merely for self-indulgencies to a
greater extent. Why do you seek to indulge the body and the
appetites of the body? Why not supply spiritual and mental
good for others? You'll get well a heap quicker, life will
be more worthwhile and you'll be better for it. DON'T ask
for the gratifying of appetites!
