6/04/93 Commentary by John Walsh [Edgar Cayce Centre,
13 Prospect Terrace, New Kyo, Stanley, Co. Durham,
DH9 7TR, England]:
It should be noted that readings
364-1 to 13;
900-227;
452-3; and
1220-1 absolutely contradict the claims made
in 3744-1, Par. 77-Q/A. They are also contradicted in
the booklet THE COMING OF MAN by HUGH LYNN CAYCE; this
booklet can be found in the A.R.E. library. These
references are given for starters; there are many others.
When speaking of the interpretation of documents the
readings state that when a piece of information goes
against the overall spirit of the writing in question it
should be discounted.
It should also be noted that only one copy of all the
early Cayce readings was made; these were written in
shorthand and put on to typewriters in hotel rooms and
in peoples' homes all over the country; once a person
had one reading made, it was very easy to duplicate a
similar type document and insert any information that
the writer wished to use to his/her own ends. As with
the rest of this material one must use one's own
judgement. The source said to test it and then use what
was of use to you.
It should also be noted that Edgar never gave readings
to animals; should a person not have a soul, then that
person is an animal. It must be asked why he gave
readings to black people just as he gave them to other
races.
