EC: Yes, we have the body here.
Now the conditions that we find in this body here, [3755] we are speaking of, are that we have some general conditions that are abnormal to the physical being in this body, and we have some specific causes of some of the general conditions. There are others that become reflex from the general condition, apparently becoming specific because of the reasons of these conditions.
There are many of these that have to do both with the mental and spiritual attributes in the physical forces, and through such much of the treatment to regulate these must come to make the proper equilibrium in this body, and give it balance, to produce the normal physical body that it should be.
Now the physical, mental and spiritual forces in this body here, [3755], as in all bodies, are a oneness and at a oneness with the individual, yet must be treated within its separate functioning portions, yet as a whole and not one to the detriment of the others.
The condition as we find it in the physical body is this: The blood forces themselves are much impoverished, so that only deep-seated circulation has its proper channel or flow. The capillary circulation becomes at times too much drained of its supply, and do not feed properly to these portions that which should take up the rebuilding cellular force in much of the physical body. We do not mean that the physical body is depleted to such an extent that it is entirely sick, but it is calling too much on the reserve energy and force stored up is what we mean to imply. Now this is the specific cause of this over-taxed condition in the body: As these affect (by the action of mental force over certain organs, principally those that have to do with the trunk portions) the excretory system and the secretive system, we find that these organs themselves at times show too much of the strain that is being put on them to force matters in the digestive tract, calling on the force that we have in the liver and kidneys which have become over-taxed, and calling back into the hepatic circulation that which should have been eliminated in these organs.
As the nervous system is being depleted through this strained condition, so also are the centers supplying the larger forces, having to do with the sensory organism in supplying nutriment to the cells in the brain, and from which portion some distress is brought at times to these functioning organs. All this strain is shown especially in the eyes and speech at times, then in the dryness of the throat and the tendency to swallow before speech. That is, all impressions have to be focussed or centralized in the brain, which not be with this development. It should remain focussed at all times. Not that anyone should speak before they think; this body does not talk too much, but at times it has to focalize before it speaks.
The continual calling on the nerve force to supply the depleted condition, as the body experiences at times through the system, shown much in the various portions of the body and becomes centralizes is in many ways. We would add something of material force to aid this material body to become closer in touch with its own spiritual and mental forces and faculties, and with the thoughts, the life, the entering in, as this body is experiencing at present. So we would add something of material force in this form and manner: A 10% solution of each of these: Bromide of soda, Bromide of Iodide.
Each morning we would take 1/2 teaspoonful of phosphate of soda in a glass of water, to which is added 2 drops each of the above solutions.
Keep this up for three weeks and we will have cleansed the whole digestive tract; we will have given new forces to the duodenum and the pancrean juices, and the action of the blood supply in the hepatic circulation acting with the iodide and with the incentives in the cellular force, we produce equilibrium in the pelvic organs. Keep up the mental force to overcome, through the self, all that would enter into the mind and soul of this body.
(Q) How long will it take to bring this body to normal in every way after taking this medicine, Mr. Cayce?
(A) As soon as the body overcomes itself, which this will assist it to do if taken in the proper way.
(Q) What is the trouble with this body's face, Mr. Cayce?
(A) This we have given here, in the force as applied to the nervous condition in this body. When the depleted force is calling on the nerve force for concerted action in the intestines and in the incentives, and when we are destroying the force, we are also destroying the blood cells but if we give back mental and spiritual force we will remove all these conditions in the body.
(Q) Should this body have the tooth extracted, and could it be done satisfactorily, Mr. Cayce?
(A) It will be with some difficulty with the conditions as they are at present, but it can be taken out satisfactorily. It could be worked within itself and be taken care of without removal if taken care of properly.
(Q) Will the cure to the eyes of this body be completed, Mr. Cayce?
(A) It will if followed with the forces as we have given here. It will be well if this body would take exercises to give more strength. Keep this thought always in mind to give strength to the eyes. Exercise the head and neck muscles by exercises regularly.
(Q) Shall this body continue treatment that she is now taking, Mr. Cayce?
(A) Do as we have given here. At present it agrees in part with what she is taking, and in part not.
(Q) Is this body to have a spiritual magazine for Truth, Mr. Cayce?
(A) It seems a bit far off, but it is coming, as we get it here.
(Q) Shall this body do anything to hasten this, Mr. Cayce?
(A) No spiritual force should be hastened, that must of necessity follow as the other forces in life are laid out, for it hastens only through the channels that bring spiritual or soul force. This body will have the magazine.
(Q) What should be the next professional move for this body, Mr. Cayce?
(A) Stay well within the lines that the body is operating on at present. Stay in the same field and work in the same field for those that the body will represent in this field.
(Q) Shall this body continue to write special articles, Mr. Cayce?
(A) We would say it should along the lines of the spiritual force, if it would have development along the lines it wishes to proceed. We should have one desire and one expectancy along one line, if the body expects to be itself. Follow one line, with the desire and expectancy centered on the soul and spirit force. Tune itself for the spiritual and mental forces in these channels.
(Q) When this body is in good physical condition will she be able to write a novel that will give spiritual truth, Mr. Cayce?
(A) It will.
(Q) What shall this body do to dispose of her farm, Mr. Cayce?
(A) That has to do with the financial side, we have only the spiritual, mental and physical here.
