This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 4th day of November, 1925, in accordance with request made by her daughter, Miss [243].

TEXT

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for the relief and further improvement of same. You will also answer any questions I may ask you regarding this body.
2. EC: Now, the physical conditions are somewhat improved from that as has recently been. There only needs be that those suggestions as have been given regarding how the whole entity should be treated for the gradual improvement of same, see?
3. Use the flannel packs of the warm or hot olive oil on abdomen and side, see? This will assist more in breaking up these attacks and give more stimulation to the walls of the intestinal tract, by increasing the circulation.
4. Keep those stimulants that do not produce the taking up of the lacteal duct system, or that which produces the structure in system that causes the lymphatic circulation to be dried, or causes the system to not give off that necessary in the system to carry on the normal functioning through the intestinal tract. Also as that in the lungs and in the right side, this needs have those stimulations that will give the better air current in the lungs, for the inhalations as have been given should be taken more often, see?
5. Following these conditions out, showing the care and the attention to the diet. As much of the wild game as possible, see, for body, in the form of stews, or NOT FRIED - any kinds of meats, see? Rather that of prepared in other manners than fried meats, or fried ANY character, see? Whole wheat gruels and such. These will assist the body in gaining its normal equilibrium. Do that.
6. (Q) What specific stimulants should the body have at present?
   (A) Spirits Frumenti. Not wine or cordials, see? for that tends to take away the secretions from the internal intestinal system, by producing external stimulants to the capillary circulation, see? While the packs and Spirits Frumenti, and such, would give the better reaction. More of the gin and such, see? stimulating kidneys, stimulating the secretions internally.
