Mr. Edgar Cayce,
322 Grafton Avenue,
Dayton, Ohio
Dear Mr. Cayce:
In response to your letter of June 13th, my physical
condition seems to be perfect.
What I would like to determine is whether or not I am to
spend additional money to fit myself for business or am I
best fitted for domestic life.
My whole object in writing you, was to determine this point
and to learn from you - if I am to be fitted for domestic
life and when such an event may take place, so that I may be
guided properly.
If you will give me the answers to the questions which are
attached, I would appreciate it greatly.
I am not entering into this questionnaire from mere curiosity
but consider it a very serious matter.
If you wish to give me a reading as requested without further
correspondence, I will have myself in readiness at 11:00 A.M.
standard time on June 19th, as indicated on the card which is
herewith enclosed.
You already have my check for $10.00 which was sent to you
with the previous letter.
In the event you prefer not to proceed with the reading, will
you kindly return to me, my money order for $10.00.
Hoping to receive my reading, I am [

REPORTS

Miss [

New York City
My dear Miss [
3784]:
I'm enclosing you, herewith, copy of the reading as was
gotten this morning. We tried to ask the questions in such a
manner as to get the results that you desire. However,
please do not get the idea that I'm a fortune teller, or
anything of that nature. Perhaps you would have gotten
nearer what you desired in these questions from the Life
Reading. However, it is indicated from this reading, there
ARE some physical conditions that should be looked after.
With the Life Reading it is necessary that we have the birth
date and place of birth. Should you desire this also, I
shall be very glad to undertake it for you; however, I'm in
hopes you will gain from this that which will be of a great
deal of benefit to you.
I assure you we did not feel that you were entering into this
from mere curiosity, for under such conditions we would not
desire to have anything to do with it, but this is really a
scientific work and the reports that we receive almost daily
certainly show that there are hundreds; yea, thousands, that
have been benefited through these reading where everything
else has failed.
Thanking you for your enquiry and for your contribution
toward the work, and hoping that we may have your cooperation
in determining the value of the work, in your individual
case, I am
Sincerely, Edgar Cayce EC:GD
