Mr. Hugh Lynn Cayce,
Virginia Beach, Va.
My dear Mr. Cayce, - The question enclosed with the dollar
bill is of Dr. F. A. Goerger's asking and one with which he
will cooperate 100%, if possible.
You can always picture me from the hours of 8:00 or 7:30 A.M.
to 5:00 P.M. as on the way to work, at work, and on my return
to things of other interest. If I know when this question
was to be asked I would quietly concentrate with a purpose of
cooperating with you in the matter.
I thank you kindly for your willingness to cooperate with me
and your service to humanity is very laudable.
All foods seems to irritate my skin about the ear lobes, back
of ear, encircling neck and the face. The appearances is bad
while the "spell" is (?) by scratching and rubbing which
irritates it worse. Don't know what my system can be lacking
but whatever it is, the question will touch upon it and
settle the problem conclusively, I hope.
The special adjustment by Dr. Goerger are a necessary part of
my treatment tho they were not mentioned in my reading from
N.Y.C. [D.C.] I have had them regularly since latter part of
February.
The attorney has been unable to procure any compensation to
help with the payment of the terrific bills from the person
who is the cause of all this misery. It seems like a
stupendous proposition on my hands.
With my best wishes for your success in all your undertakings
I am
Sincerely, [

P.S. I hope to build rapidly after hearing from you tho I
have made some wonderful strides. I am not a sound sleeper,
seems to be a weakness at times.
Confidentially, Dr. Georger is much impressed with you all,
esp. since he has had a nice long visit with your father this
last trip to Washington, D.C.
What causes the irritation of the skin? What remedy and
which foods can be eaten and which foods to avoid to
aggravate the condition?
