This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 20th day of April, 1926, in accordance with request made by her husband - via Mr. M. B. Wyrick.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time. You will diagnose the case thoroughly, giving the cause of the existing conditions, also the treatment for the cure and relief of this body.
2. EC: Now, we find there are those conditions in the physical forces of this body that may be corrected, and that the abnormal conditions have to do with specifics, as are produced by accumulations in the system and their producing a condition that has set up as itself in the body, and those conditions that are as the cause to the distress of the functioning of the system.
3. These, then, are the conditions as we find them in this body. First:
4. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find shows there is carried two classes of bacilli in the blood stream. Those of the toxic nature, that produce distresses in various functioning organs, especially in liver and kidneys; the eliminating centers in the greater portion of the system. The liver also in the secretive system is also in distress. The conditions in specific are as those as are produced by this coagulation or concentrated condition of these distresses as are seen in portions of the system.
5. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, this we find in distress through many of the plexuses and in ganglions, specific in the sacral and lumbar region; also in the upper dorsal region.
6. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF ORGANS THEMSELVES, we find all under the stress of the existent conditions.
7. Then, to bring about the normal force for this body, we would first take into the system these properties, and when half to two-thirds of this has been taken, we would apply those vibrations for the system as found in the Radium Appliance, as would be used across the small of the back in the day time; across the eyes at specific intervals, of two to five minutes every second day; across the chest, or across the upper portion of the bronchials of evenings or night, see? for an hour to two hours. These properties, then, as medicinal properties:
8. First we would prepare this:
9. To 1/2 gallon of distilled water, add 8 ounces of wild cherry bark. Reduce by simmering to 1/2 the quantity. Then strain and add 4 ounces of sugar, dissolved in 2 ounces of hot water. (This also distilled water.) Then add this:

   Syrup of Sarsaparilla................4 ounces,
Tincture Stillingia................1/2 ounce,
Tincture of Yellow Dock Root.......1/2 ounce,
Tincture or Elixia of Polk Root.....20 drops,
Tincture of Valerian...............1/4 ounce,
Elixia Calisaya....................1/2 ounce,
Oil of Peppermint...................10 minims,
Balsam of Tolu.......................1 dram, cut in
Pure grain alcohol...................2 ounces.

10. Shake the solution well together before each dose is taken, which should be teaspoonful 4 times each day.
11. Keep the intestinal tract empty, especially in the colon, by using high enemas, that will relieve and remove all the destructive forces as are shown in accumulations there. This will bring relief to many of those conditions through the system, and with the application of the Radium Appliance forces there will be found the correction of the blood, and in building the blood stream, the rebuilding to tissue that has been attacked throughout the system. Do that.
