2/11/44 Mother's letter to EC: "I have an appointment for a
reading for my daughter, [

desperately need your advice before that time.
"She has been in the New York Psychiatric Hospital at 168 St.

REPORTS
12/60 Notes on EPILEPSY cases from the Edgar Cayce records
Made by Walter N. Pahnke, M.D.:
July, 1960 at A.R.E., Virginia Beach, Virginia. The
following notes were taken on cases as read and are merely
the opinion of the abstractor at the time he read the case
plus the correspondence. The main value of these notes is
that they give some indication of what the exact diagnosis
in each case may or may not be.
Case [
3905]. Given in 1944. 20 year old female. This case
was classified in group 3. From the description of the
diagnosis it sounds more like psycho-neurotic temper tantrums
than epilepsy. Patient was an inmate in a psychiatric
hospital. There were no follow-up reports.
