EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now, the abnormal conditions that we find in this body have to do with the locomotories and their functioning. They are produced, that is the conditions produced by the troubles are only reflex conditions from the real trouble existing in the system, as we will find. Now, these are the conditions as we find in this body.
First, in the circulation we find the blood deficient in the rebuilding cellular forces, or certain properties within this body. That is the blood has become so impoverished by carrying certain bacilli that it has destroyed that part of the blood that would rebuild to the ganglia governing the locomotories. The locomotories being those that have to do with the extremities of the body, those about the head, the sciatic forces and the liver and of the pelvis - those about the shoulders or just above the fifth dorsal ganglion, these seats have become so impoverished that they do not add to those forces and conditions produced in the circulation and in the nerve forces about these ganglia and the condition produced in the muscular forces about these, causing contraction at times or an inability to move these in proper unison. They effect reflexly other portions of the body, but these have the principal attack of this condition in the system. This dates from time back and had first to do with the organs of the pelvis here where it begun, and that which was given into the system to destroy this bacilli acted on the hemoglobin of the blood and destroyed that which would make the necessary forces to rebuild. To produce the proper action to these we must add to the system that which will rebuild or rejuvenate these portions of the body. This can be done, as we will see.
In the nerve forces we find the centers are inflamed at times. That is there is a portion along the spine that at times becomes very sensitive and sore to the touch, and again this passes away. This is nature, or the spiritual forces, attempting to establish correct equilibrium throughout the body. This is the action of the spiritual over the physical, or with the physical. These pass off and come at regular cycles for different portions of the body. There is no organic condition of the nerves, save as produced by the circulation.
There are many of the nerves that have become taut and supersensitive on account of the condition of the muscular forces about which they are encased, produced by lack of proper properties being taken from the blood to rebuild. Neurasthenia is not in its action. The functioning of the organs themselves of the brain forces is very good. The body is very well balanced, but has not always been discreet. The lung forces and action of the pulmonaries are able to take care of the condition if the proper incentive is given to the circulation and we have no organic condition existing here. The forces of the intestinal tract and the digestive forces are in a fairly good condition considering the exercise the body takes, but we find that certain foods agree with the body better than others. The kidneys and liver are acted on by this condition reflexly. Organic conditions do not exist only a reflex condition. At times we find some inflammation through the bladder. This condition is only reflex.
To bring this body to a normal condition we would give a systematic treatment to the body which will cover different phases of the condition as exists in the system. First, it will be necessary for the body to take sweats which will reduce and weaken the body, such as we have from Turkish or vapor baths and relax the body thoroughly all over. It will be necessary for this to be taken each day for a period of fourteen days. Then we would begin to take this into the system:
Dose will be 15 minims or a drop. Take in 4 ounces of water or half a glass 3 times day.
Then the sweats after this has been begun will be taken only every third day. After this medicine has been taken into the system, all of it, 4 ounces, we would then begin with the violet ray, ultra violet ray, over the entire body. Five weeks from the beginning of this we will be rid of this trouble.
Do that. We are through.
