This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at the Halcyon Hotel, Miami, Florida, this 15th day of February, 1927, in accordance with request made by Mr. [943].

Present: Edgar Cayce; Mrs. Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno. [943] and wife, [4825] and wife and daughter, and [287] and wife.

TEXT

1. GC: You will have before you the reading given on the morning of the 11th day of February, 1927, [3976-4], on a world organization, and you will formulate through these forces such plans and outlining such conditions as will bring same to that point where they will be workable. You will answer the questions I will ask you regarding this.
2. EC: Yes. Now, we have the information as has been given respecting how certain individuals may apply those truths as are applicable to the forming of plans to control certain elements necessary for the good of man in many ways and fields, and that plan would be along the lines as has been set forth in many VARIOUS ways, and the correlating of those conditions under the guidance and the direction of those set in that one purpose, and that purpose alone would be the way and manner to outline such workable plans.
3. First, as is in the mind of man, is funds - or "filthy lucre." This, however, is necessary in some fields, but should never be the first and foremost condition or element to enter into the propagation of such ideals. Only when there is a definite work to be done. Rather use the efforts of individuals, and their minds and abilities, THAN money - save wherein same is necessary; for the individual who is helped to help himself is better than one that sits in power, for such would be as casting pearls before swine.
4. Ready for questions.
5. (Q) You will outline for each of the individuals, namely: Edgar Cayce, [943], [287], and [4825], such duties as are necessary for each of them to carry out their part in this organization and work.
   (A) In outlining the plan, or the place for each in such an organization, this has been done in part, for the first preparation for each as regarding their own purpose in respect to such; but to continue in each endeavor is as those first outlined. The one, Edgar Cayce, to be used as that medium of transferring of those ideas, ideals, as are ready to be given to those who would put same into effect.
   As to that of [943], would be as the generalissimo of such elements as pertain to organization in the minutest detail, and in every field of endeavor.
   In that of [287], in the executing of those orders as would be given from time to time as to whom to solicit in their endeavor for the use of their mentality toward such conditions.
   In that of [4825]¹, in the executive position of the overseeing of the carrying out of conditions in the various plans or conditions begun, see?
   These are in general.
   In specific ways and manners, first set that definite plan or goal to which the group as begun would attain, that is in keeping with the purpose of such an organization - for found nothing without a purpose. Set forth that purpose, and put same into active operation, for in action results are obtained. While the Mind is the Builder, the activities of the conscious man power gives results to those who set such actions, see? What, then, would be the beginning of such conditions? Remember, "Large oaks from small acorns grow." Remember the grain of sand is the foundation of the seashore. Remember that it was the still small voice, and not the wind nor the lightning, that was the voice of the Creative Energy that rules the world. Remember, then, that action - with the correct purpose - builds in the hearts and minds of individuals who are co-workers and ambassadors of that living force we call God.
6. (Q) Will the Forces outline definite steps to be taken by these individuals now?
   (A) First band selves together in an organization, with those necessary elements as are legal in every phase of such an organization, and BEGIN. Beginning, the Forces will operate. In mind, all will aid their endeavors, see?
7. (Q) What name should be given to this organization?
   (A) That as "The Association of International Investigators."
8. (Q) Should this be incorporated under the laws of the states?
   (A) Be incorporated under the laws of the states.
9. (Q) Which one of the states?
   (A) Delaware! Or Dakota.
10. (Q) What should be the capital stock of this organization?
    (A) It may be set at any figure, for it would only be represented by the activities as they progress - for, as is seen, when same contains the activities of the money powers of the world, this would only be one phase of same. The capital then might be in the billions. When obtained in that force, controlling of water rights, or water powers, of electrical lines, or of gas, or of every industrial force, these then would be only subsidiaries of the beginning, and would be raised from time to time. This may be begun with a NOMINAL amount, all represented by CASH - not promises to pay, but CASH - whether it's a dollar, or two dollars, or five dollars, or five thousand, or five million. Put the CASH - not the promise!
11. (Q) Should this corporation be formed now?
    (A) When they begin to operate, should be formed.
12. We are through for the present.
