A.R.E. News on a trip to Russia by A.R.E. Group:
OUT OF RUSSIA COMES THE HOPE OF THE WORLD By Friendship With
That Nation Which Hath Placed On Its Monetary Unit IN GOD WE
TRUST. (Edgar Cayce Reading 3976-29)
In the international competition to conquer psychokinesis,
the Russians are leading the United States,
2-0.
Psychokinesis?
It is a talent to move things without touching them.
Psychic power does it. For short, call it PK Power.
The Russians have at least two people who show off this gift
on cue.
Unless you count Mandrake The Magician, we have nobody.
I have seen a film of the Russians in peak form.
Alla Vinogradov and Nelya Mikhailova participated. Charles
Thomas Cayce obtained the film in Moscow. During a visit
in September, he saw both women demonstrate psychokinesis.
Cayce and 22 others from the Association for Research and
Enlightenment in Virginia Beach made the trip.
Please tell us what you saw, Mister Cayce.
"Alla Vinogradov had been trained to demonstrate
psychokinesis. We saw her at a medical institute in Moscow.
Without touching them, she moved match stick, pens, metal
cigar holders as they were placed on a transparent plastic
platform.
"This woman said she felt a surge of energy from her pelvis
to her solar plexus and on up her body, emanating from her
hand. In the film, you see her control the movement of
objects by what looks like energy radiating from her hand."
The woman never came closer than six or eight inches to the
platform. Imagine puppetry without the strings and you will
get the picture here.
CALM AND TWISTED
Mrs. Vinogradov is a young woman, a graduate student at the
medical institute in Moscow. She performs without emotion.
Mrs. Mikhailova is a Leningrad housewife in her 50s. She is
a broad woman who makes faces and twists her body when the PK
Power is on.
Said Cayce, "This woman has developed the ability to a much
greater degree than Mrs. Vinogradov. She has stopped and
started again the heart of a frog. She can raise blisters on
human flesh by directing this energy. We did not see these
demonstrations. But we did see her move objects such as salt
shakers and a compass needle."
That segment is in the film.
As an encore, Mrs. Mikhailova wills the entire compass to
move.
It does. Whisk! Could it be that a ghostly hand nudged the
compass?
ENERGY MOVEMENT
Cayce tried to explain it. "The Edgar Cayce readings suggest
that there is a movement of energy through the endocrine
centers of the body and these centers act as transducers or
vortexes for converting various types of energies. There is
a feeling that we can work with these energies, develop them
and master them."
Perhaps the PK Power will be the ultimate tool of espionage.
Cayce thought of that. So did others in the Russian
entourage. They included his father, Hugh Lynn Cayce,
Herbert Puryear, William McGarey, William Tiller and Lindsay
Jacob. That group includes two clinical psychologists, a
psychiatrist and a physicist.
The Russians smiled and said nothing when Cayce asked about
PK Power and how it relates to national defense.
"We asked the Russians of the possibility of these women
going into, say, a computer storage center, where missile
data may be stored magnetically. Think of what this
psychokinesis could do to that arrangement. We asked if they
had done research in that area. In reply, we got smiles."
STATE PRIORITY
The Soviet Union has committed $13 million to $21 million to
study the paranormal in 20 centers. It is a state priority.
Cayce said, "There are constructive possibilities with
these energy fields. There is the ability to reorganize or
change organic matter. Flesh, for example. It opens up the
possibility of healing with bio-energy."
Incredible.
If you have questions about this, drop around A.R.E.
headquarters at 67th and Atlantic. James A. Barraff
begins a workshop on extra-sensory perception this weekend.
Full-scale lectures on the Russian trip will begin when Hugh
Lynn and Puryear return from business out of town.
Charles Thomas Cayce has a doctorate in clinical psychology.
His grandfather was Edgar Cayce, the sleeping prophet who has
come into great fame after his death. Does Charles Thomas
Cayce share any of his grandfather's psychic gifts?
"No, I haven't any. I've worked with the concepts of
the Cayce readings such as meditation, dreams and the
effectiveness of these concepts. But no, I don't go
into any trances."
The quota is obviously one prophet per family.
To those who are skeptical of psychic phenomena, I have only
one thing to say. The Russians are coming. The Russians are
coming.
