TEXT

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [4036].
3. As we find, there are disturbing conditions which prevent the better physical functioning of this body. There may be administrations that would be most beneficial to this body.
4. However, we find that these should begin first in the mental and spiritual attitude of the body. Then the physical appetites should be considered and with the administrations we may bring better conditions for the body, though the sources and the conditions have been of somewhat longstanding.
5. The beginning of these was the overtaxing of the body physically, which with the appetites caused the breaking or leakage of cellular force as related to the heart's activity. These have caused lesions along portions of the spine. And where these are in relationship to the coordinating centers between sympathetic and cerebrospinal systems, there is caused the inability of locomotion.
6. While the functioning of the organs of the sensory system we find involved, the central nervous system is primarily affected - as heart, liver, lungs, kidneys; though these do not cause the condition. The sensory and sympathetic system, with their incoordination, are the sources of the incapacitation of the body's activities.
7. In the beginnings, then, as indicated:
8. Study self and what is the desire and the purpose of the body in its activities, in its relationships with others. If the activity is in the gratifying of self, in judgments upon others, of animosities or hates or the condemnation of things or conditions - then eliminate, eradicate such from the mind, and the body may respond.
9. Choose rather the purposes for the activities to bring helpful forces to others, and all to the glory of that which gives the entity, the body, an opportunity for expression in the material things of life.
10. Then begin (not before) and use the low Wet Cell Appliance as the Radio-Active Appliance is ordinarily used. Make this rather strong; that is, use at least two pounds of the Copper Sulfate and the other ingredients in proportion.
11. Make both of these plates of the nickel and small. Do keep these attachment plates very clean.
12. Make the attachment each day, in the beginning for half an hour. This will necessitate that the Appliance be recharged every twenty days.
13. Do not use the Charcoal in this particular Appliance.
14. Disconnect the attachment plates from the Appliance when not in use. Do connect them to the Appliance about twenty minutes before the attachments are to be made. Do connect the same anode to the same side of the Appliance each time that it is connected to the body, and attach that plate to the body first. When it is to the right wrist, connect the other plate to the left ankle and so on.
15. Each day following the Appliance treatment, give the body a thorough massage with this combination of oils:

    Olive Oil................2 ounces,
Peanut Oil...............2 ounces,
Lanolin (melted).......1/4 ounce.

    Don't just hurry through with this, but take the time to massage the body thoroughly from the base of the brain to the 9th dorsal, then from the end of the spine and across the sacral upward to the 9th dorsal, in a rotary motion on each side of the spine. Massage into the body daily all that will be absorbed.
16. Then use (following the massage) the electrically driven vibrator, using the cup applicator. It should take at least twenty to thirty minutes each day to give this treatment. This should be given in the same manner as the massage, following each side of the spine, over the spine and about the shoulders, about the head and neck. This will change the sensory activities.
17. After the first or second month, let this come around to the mastoid area and side of the temple with the body lying on the face.
18. These treatments should be kept up regularly, and as the general strength of the body is gained, we will find better conditions for eyes, ears, feelings, expressions and activities of the body.
19. Also be careful of the diet; not a great deal of meats. Fish and fowl may be taken in moderation. Have a great deal of green, raw vegetables, and the greater portion of the vegetables should be those that grow above the ground.
20. Gradually as the improvements come let the exercise be in the open whenever practical walking and resting, walking and resting - this is the better exercise.
21. Doing these we will make better conditions, but do the first things first. Don't begin to apply the Wet Cell Appliance until there is a great deal of purpose gained in the ideals of the body.
22. Read Exodus 19:5, Deuteronomy 30, and the 14th, 15th, 16th, and 17th of John. Do not just read with the idea in mind, "Yes, I know those," but apply them in the relationships to others; not as something boastful, not as "Well, I would like to do this so I can have my way," but let the prayer mostly be:
23. NOT MY WILL, O, GOD, BUT THINE BE DONE.
