TEXT

1. GC: You will give the physical and mental condition of this body at the present time, giving the cause of the existing conditions, also the treatment for the cure and relief of this body. You will also answer any questions relative to this body that I may ask you.
2. EC: Now we find the physical conditions are bettered in the body from that as we had here before. While we find those conditions as were given for the body have not been carried out, hence the body has not received that vibration through the blood supplying forces in the system to give the reaction through the nerve plasm of the system to respond in that manner as was given, yet the conditions in the nerve centers, that deflect the vibration to the side, as has been given, are bettered by the relaxing of muscular tissue, so that the response in reflexes gives the re-vibration in portions of the body.
3. In specific conditions, we find there are changes in the system since last we had it. That in lower limb and in hand. These at the extremities of the capillary circulation show the effect of the deflections from the right portion of the extremity, reaction in circulation to the portions of the system.
4. In the vibration as in accorded in the system through the action of the nerve and gland in the 1st cervical, this shows improvement, by the relaxing in portions of body through manipulations, yet were those taxations removed by the action of the Rino's Rays, or the heavy rays that rejuvenate the reaction of nerve plasm, we would find this would add materially to the correction of the conditions in the system.
5. As in that of the culture of the blood, this we would not do in the body at the present time, rather using the ray, especially to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th cervical, and to the 12th dorsal, and the sacral to the coccyx, and in the manipulation as is being given we would correct that condition in the coccyx, in the next to the end bone, or the 3rd bone in the coccyx. This we find will still relieve more those conditions in the body, and allow the re-vibration throughout the whole system, and bring the body to that condition where we will have coordination throughout the whole system, using then the deep manipulations, osteopathically given, correction in those points given, and applying those rays that rejuvenate the nerve centers and given the blood the necessary way and cleansing through the lymphatic and capillary circulation.
6. Do that.
7. As to those conditions as we find in the vibration necessary to produce speech for the body, with the release of that pressure on the pineal gland in 1st cervical, and in the brachial center, and in the coccyx, we will find this will find, with the rejuvenation in nerve plexuses, the response in the brain forces.
8. In the mental forces, these we find hindered in the action through pineal gland, yet the vibrations, as has been accorded the system, has been, and would be still, of great value to the regaining the confidence and equilibrium. This should be gained through the mental forces, and with the vibration of other mental forces applied with these, gives the quicker reaction.
9. (Q) May the body recover complete control of speech?
   (A) The body will recover complete control of speech when the vibrations are accorded properly in system. We will find the response in the portion of brain here that gives perfect coordination through the sensory organism, for as we find in the sensory system, the power of speech is the highest vibration reached in the whole human system, and the reaction through the pineal nerve and gland, through the medulla oblongata, produces in the brain center the response in speech. The lack of coordination. Removal of pressure, as we have given, is necessary to produce the vibration to receive that incentive for the same vibration necessary in system.
10. (Q) How many treatments, or how long a time, will be necessary to bring about a recovery of the speech?
    (A) Recovery of speech will of natural consequence be the development of the vibration to its normal conditions, and with the vibration, and corrections given in system, should be accomplished in eighteen moons.
11. (Q) Are the present treatments to arm conducive to cure of diseased arm? What additional to this present treatment may be given?
    (A) Those conditions as have been outlined for the body. Corrections in centers showing deflection, addition of the vibration necessary to create correct incentives.
12. (Q) Will the body recover complete use of arm?
    (A) Certainly.
13. (Q) Give cause and cure of headaches.
    (A) Result of pressure, especially on the reflexes from hypogastric center from the lower end of the spine, and the lack of coordination throughout nerve system. The reaction that will occur brings headaches.
Do as we have given. We will bring the correct forces for this body, and let the mental forces keep ever present that knowledge of the divine within self, through which ALL may be made possible, through the desire of self to attain that Oneness with that perfect vibration.
