GD's note to [
4246]:
Mr. [
4246], the following is a little expansion or
explanation in relation to your diet, as outlined in the
reading:
We have been told through the readings that it is never well
to mix citrous fruits (that is, oranges, lemons, grapefruit,
limes, etc.) or even eat them at the same meal with cereals.
So, it tells you to alter your citrous fruit breakfasts with
cereal breakfasts. The mornings you drink orange juice, for
instance, do not eat cereal. The next morning you may eat
cereal and leave off orange juice altogether, though peaches
or any other fresh or stewed fruit of that nature may be
eaten with cereal without any ill effect.
In regard to the suggestion that you eat cereals or foods
rich in Vitamin D and E, we have just recently found a new
preparation rich in Vitamin E - if you would care to order
some. It is to be eaten with cereal (it is a kind of cereal
itself), or may be used in puddings, and the like. I will
give you the name and address, in case you would care to try
it:
E-lixir is the name, and you can obtain it from: Robert
Collier, 330 West 42nd St., New York, N.Y.
It comes in a small package like any other cereal.
I merely mention the above in regard to citrous fruits and
cereals, in case that portion of the reading is not entirely
clear to you.

obtained a Physical Rdg.
