Let the diet be those properties easily digested: Bran,
whole wheat, eggs (coddled), milk, better using that which
has been churned than the cream milk; vegetables, those that
carry a great deal of stimulus in them, such as salsify,
celery, carrots, radishes, potatoes (Irish) prepared in the
correct manner for the body, which would be with the cooking
whole, either in fire or boiling, with the jackets on. Whole
wheat bread when any bread is taken, and as much of sea foods
as the body may desire. No meats, save the fish or fowl,
using the manipulation over those portions in the dorsal
region that will continue to assist in the eliminations
through the liver, so treating the liver as to empty the gall
duct and allow the system to rest sufficient to take care of
these needs. This, we see, will do away with the nausea that
the body experiences when there is the odor of foods being
prepared.
Exercise most should be taken in the open.
(Q) How long at a time should the hot packs be left on the
body?
(A) About two applications in an hour's time. Keep them for
about an hour each day. Keep this up. We will through these
conditions bring this body to the normal forces.
We are through for the present.

REPORTS
11/16/24 Letter (requesting a check-physical for her little
daughter [
4281]): "...I am better but not well yet. I have
not had time for the rest I should have had, this past month.
I am still using the packs and the tonic, too. The lump is
about one-third the size it was in the beginning..."
11/29/24 Letter: "...Now, I want you to go over my case
again, as the lump in my side continues about one-third its
former size. Dr. Layne wants to know if the hot applications
of water wouldn't help to remove this lump. I am yet using
the hot oil and taking the ragweed tonic. Please see if
there is anything else I can do to get this lump reduced and
to soon regain my strength..."
12/15/24 EC gave her a fourth reading -
4280-4.
