This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 1st day of June, 1926, in accordance with request made by her son, through Mr. M. B. Wyrick.

Present: Edgar Cayce; Mrs. Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno. Dr. and Mrs. T. B. House.

TEXT

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time. You will diagnose the case thoroughly, giving the cause of the existing conditions, also the treatment for the cure and relief of this body.
2. EC: Now, we find the abnormal conditions that need correcting have to do with those conditions as exist wherein there has been produced some growths in the body that bring distress to the trunk portions of the body, and the effect of these conditions in the system is to produce the exaggerated effect of certain functioning organs, and distresses to other organs, as is seen - the condition as exists with the temperature of the body, the digestive system, the liver and the kidneys.
3. Then, to bring the better conditions for this body at the present time, we would apply those conditions for the system that would bring about the condition wherein absorption and elimination might be effected and effectual throughout the mesenteric system. Also the condition as exists in the right side of the body, this will be reduced by the application to the system of those properties internally that brings relief to the tissue that has become involved in this condition, and by giving to the circulation that allaying and that creative force wherein the correct cellular rebuilding forces may be multiplied within the system and combat and meet those conditions that need to be brought to that wherein the system may come to a more normal condition, reducing the swelling, reducing the inflammation, reducing the pain and distress that is caused at times.
4. Take, then, into the system in the small dose - this being the dose. This should be taken, preferably, in capsule.

   Eucalyptol..............1 minim,
Oil of Turp.............1 minim,
Canadian Balsam.........1 minim,
Heroin...............1/80 grain.

5. Then these would be taken twice each day until at least ten such doses are taken.
6. We would begin at once, as soon as the medicinal properties are begun, and apply those rays to the cerebro-spinal system of the Alpine Ray. Especially should this be applied along the dorsal region.
7. Manipulations will also add to the rest - that is, allowing the body to rest, and this should be given, principally, to the UPPER LUMBAR and lower dorsal, and to the cervical and head.
8. Do that, until the system shows the reaction from the medicinal properties and from the change in the blood flow. Operations at the present would be ineffective and produce the growth in a stage of scattering, rather than relieving, see? Then we would give the conditions as have been applied. When these have been taken for two weeks, then we would change.
9. We are through with this for the present.
