IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find, the seat of the
conditions, produced by those of the infusion when the body
first developing, and the lack of the full balanced system
has left those conditions that are exhibited in the glands
that bring about detrimental conditions in the functioning of
the system at the present time. These, especially, are those
now affected: Those of the pituitary and of the enderin (?)
[adrenal?] glands. These, as we see, affecting then together
and separately produce this undeveloped condition in certain
directions and, as is seen, affect the whole equilibrium in
the system. While the ducts of some of the ductless glands
become involved from this lack of blood through the infusion,
this also brings to the equilibrium, or to the metabolism of
the system, the ineffective, or ineffectual, balancing in the
cerebrospinal and sympathetic systems.
To meet the needs, then, at the present time, first would be
to so stimulate those centers that govern these two specific
centers, at the present time, as to bring the nearer normal
functioning of these glands. That in the 1st, 2nd and
3rd cervical, and those of the 11th, 12th dorsal, and the
1st, 2nd and 4th lumbar. After the treatment by the deep
manipulation, the application of the vibrations from the
Alpine rays should be applied to the body, governed by the
responding to same from the system as to the distance the
rays are to be used in this condition, which will be found
to vary, according to the cycle of development in this body,
[
4459], we are speaking of.
The change as will be seen in the first twenty-eight days'
treatment, then, would bring about other conditions that
would be met. We would give then the change, according to
that as found at that time.
We are through for the present.
