While this solution is being charged, we would keep in this
one pound opaque container of iodine, using the heavy copper
and the heavy nickel plate when these are being charged, as
poles, using the nickel and copper plate when the vibrations
from same are being accorded the body, attaching small
wires to the ends of poles, to which small plates would be
attached, and these plates (small plates) attached the one to
ankle the other to the wrist, on opposite sides of the body,
yet changed every second day. These should be given at least
for one hour each evening; keeping these vibrations, these
eliminations, this diet, the vibrations in the osteopathic
eliminations, we will bring the body to a normal condition.
Do that.
(Q) Is there anything organically wrong with the lungs or
respiratory system?
(A) Only as the congestion shows in the form of catarrhal
conditions. No organic conditions, or broken cell tissue,
other than full cell tissue.
(Q) Should one pole be made of copper and one of nickel?
(A) One pole shall be of copper, the other of nickel, heavy
metal, half inch wide, quarter inch thick, sufficient length
to reach to the bottom of container and high enough above,
through a plank or cover, for the wire to be attached to.
(Q) Should both plates be of copper, and what size?
(A) One of copper, one of nickel, very thin, just sufficient
size that the vibrations may be received by the body, so that
they will fasten around wrist and around ankle, left side and
right side.
(Q) How long shall the electrical vibration be accorded the
body?
(A) Until at least the vibration has been charged twice,
which would be from eight to ten weeks, whole time.
Do not let the feet get damp, or wet, during the time
that these vibrations are being taken, else we will have
a repression to the congestion in the lower dorsal and the
lumbar region.
We are through.
