1. EC: Yes we have the body here. We have had this before, you see. This body should govern the mind forces more specifically than it does. It should train the mind and physical forces to be subjugated or controlled by its own self and take its own initiative from whatever comes into its own affairs and not be so easily trained or suggested to by or through some others, you see.
2. The other ingredients - keep all the properties in the system as been outlined for it.
3. (Q) Mr. Cayce, have you anything further to say with reference to this body?
   (A) Just keep the properties as we have given for this system and train the mind to act over the system as was outlined for this body when we had it before.
4. (Q) Mr. Cayce, this body wants to know what would produce sleep for this body?
   (A) We have just given it. The control of the mind forces for this body.
   The body with the action of the mind forces over the body we will be able to guide and govern the physical forces of the body, we would do that as we have outlined, for the body to do. Specifically, we would so employ the mind as to have a direct action or usage of the mind on some or any or by a specific work so as to develop the control of the suggestive forces in the mind to bring the direct rest to the physical body, see, by study or by reading of specific characters or by usage of the mind on one direct channel. We do that in that manner and keep the medicinal properties in the system as outlined if we would give the perfect eliminating forces over this body, [4646].
