(Q) End view drawing of a slightly larger sized motor is on
drawing board - with leads 12" wide - eccentric throw 5" -
eccentric drum diameter 8" - draw of sprangle 22". Will
motor this size and as drawn function?
(A) As has been indicated, and is indicated, those necessary
changes in the bearings and their operative force are
provided for in these drawings, as is seen in the length of
sprangle and of leads, and of its relation to the force or
the gravitation as is exercised in the operative forces of
the motor itself. This, as given - these indications as are
outlined - these differences as must be considered - should
give the enquiring mind of this body, [
195], and of [
4666]
(operative force IN same, or inception of same), that
necessary to produce, through their cooperative effort, that
model that would work to perfection; for the IDEA is proper,
and the activity of same only needs that experimentation,
with the direction, the angle, the changes in the specific
gravity as indicated of that used AS motive force, and of the
activities of the outer forces with same, to make this not an
experimentation, but a fact. We are through.

REPORTS
7/06/28 EC's letter to [
195]: "...We sent you the information
gotten, and certainly hope it works up alright. It seems you
are having quite a time trying to get this straightened out,
but this - as I understand, was indicated from the very
first. As we know, a thing of this kind rarely works itself
out until we get to the very point that we understand it.
Then it becomes an easy thing. We are mighty glad to help
out whenever we can. Don't hesitate to call on us if you
think it's possible for us to be of help. As I've said
before, it's a mighty hard thing to know WHAT to ask when we
don't know what we are talking about, and of course Gertrude
has no knowledge whatever of mechanics, and I suppose I have
even less - and even when the information is such that it
leaves it open for questions, we don't know when nor what to
ask; but we are anxious to help if we can..."
7/09/28 Mr. [
195]'s letter: "...The last reading on the motor
came. Thanks. It was just as I surmised, but before
starting on a larger size I wanted to be sure. We learned
plenty on the small motor, putting it together several times
and making lots of changes. While there is plenty more to
learn, I think we have enough understanding now to at least
get the new one to run in a crude fashion. This will be a
big thrill. In the last reading I couldn't understand the
reference to latitude and longitude, and their bearing on
specific gravity. I'll study this and it may be presented to
me... We expect to have new motor ready to assemble on the
18th and after tinkering around and making any necessary
changes, should have it ready to try out on the 22nd. There
surely is a lot of deep thought behind it and one can't
contemplate on it without thinking deeply of the forces of
nature from creation..."
