12/20/23 EC's letter to Dr. [...] (relative who requested
the reading): "You will find enclosed the reading given
this morning, on your niece. We would ask that you read this
over very carefully, and study same and apply the suggestions
as given. The case itself is very peculiar, as you yourself
state, and you will notice that the treatment prescribed is
quite unusual, but, judging from the experiences of the past
regarding all cases covered by this work, we believe you will
find in this that which will be of the greatest assistance.
"In view of the interest you have shown, and the importance
of the case, we were obliged to cancel a previous
appointment, but this we are always glad to do
whenever necessary.
"In view of the interest which you have expressed, we are
sending you, herewith, a couple of our form of request, one
of which we would thank you to fill in and return for our
records.
"In regards to the fee, we do not set a specific charge for
the readings, but believe that each one receiving same should
bear their own share of the expense, according to their
means, a great number of readings must be given gratis, as
you realize, and we would appreciate receiving a substantial
contribution to aid us in carrying on the work. We would be
pleased to hear from you from time to time, and if we are
able to be of further assistance, do not hesitate to call."
1/03/24 EC's letter to Dr. [...]: "Just a line to ask if we
may have a report on the reading sent you some time ago.
This seemed to us a rather unusual, and would therefore like
to have a report from you and know whether the suggestions
have been followed, and with what result."
