6/21/32 EC's letter to [
4823]'s father:
Dear Mr. [...]:
Enclosed you will find a copy of the information obtained for
your son this morning. It seems that there will be some time
required, and necessary changes as the conditions progress.
This first outlined treatment is very simple and can be
carried out at home. After the period given there should be
a check-up, with specific questions as to what may be further
done. You no doubt will talk with Mr. Levy concerning this.
He will be able to explain to you just what is meant, and
just what is needed. The appliance suggested would have to
be obtained from the young man who makes a specialty of
preparing these according to specifications, and who has
charge of this department. His address is, Mr. Gray Salter,
Hopkinsville, Kentucky.
I hope that you will let us hear from you. Rest assured that
if it is possible for us to be of service, that is our whole
idea.
Hoping that we may be of service in some way or manner, I am
Sincerely, ASS'N FOR RESEARCH & ENLIGHTENMENT, INC. EC:GD
7/26/32 Mr. Levy wrote asking EC to order the appliance
according to specifications for young [
4823] and to send him
[David Levy] the bill.
2/03/33 Mr. Levy's letter: "...Mr. [...] never followed out
the reading for his son, [
4823], and therefore never called
for the battery. It is here and I will send it to you or if
you care to leave it here in case anyone in N.Y. orders it I
can deliver this battery for you to whoever orders same."
