LS: Now, you have before you the lands located in Section 7,
Township 14 North, Range 14 East situated directly North of
the town of Morris, Oklahoma, in Okmulgee County, and is two
hundred feet West of the paved road going North out of Morris
on the left hand side of the road and about seven miles North
of Morris. You will give the possibilities of drilling an
oil well in the eighty acres in this section of which [

of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, has a nine-sixteenth interest. You
will give the depth at which oil will be encountered, the
quantity of oil, the difficulties that would be encountered
in drilling.
EC: Yes, we have these here.
Now, we find this location, and at the present time, now,
there is some troubles (minor ones) about the operations.
As to the possibilities of production for oil here, we will
find this will prove satisfactory. There will be some
difference in the way this is handled when the gas and oil is
to be separated, for the difference in depth will make the
change, and the adjoining country to the East and Southwest
is very good also. In this we will find there will be
several hundred (three) barrels of oil production per day,
with strong gas pressure, first showing occurring in the
twenty-seven eighty (2,780) structure, and the increase in
these under the sand will produce the oil and gas. This is
well. This may be handled at nominal cost for such drilling.
The water conditions will be helped. The atmospheric, the
weather conditions that are to interfere will be of
assistance and better later on. Handle these productions.
(Q) Is the well that is being drilled in the Southeast
corner of the north half of the Southeast quarter of that
section a good place for drilling?
(A) We have just given it and conditions about the well.
This is the one we are speaking of. Drill it.
