TEXT

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [5010].
3. Now as we find, the body is very good in many respects, but there are disturbances preventing normal activity through some organs. The sources of these arise from a subluxation existing in the last of the dorsals and through the lumbar-sacral area. These pressures affect the organs of the pelvis in their activity.
4. Hence suppressions are brought to the activity of these organs.
5. If there would be the correction of the activities here, so that there is a normal flow of nerve and impulse energies through the body-forces, and added to these those influences that will cause the impulses to arise normally, we should, in a few months, bring near to normal reactions through these portions of the body.
6. First, then, we would give that there be corrections by osteopathic means through such agencies as Irvin. Make the corrections first in the lumbar-sacral and last dorsal, then coordinate the cervicals and the upper dorsals with such corrections. There should not be required more than six or eight.
7. After the osteopathic corrections have been started, we would begin taking these properties. Prepare two solutions and keep these separate except when the dosage is to be taken.
8. Add one grain Chloride of Gold Sodium to one ounce of distilled water. This would be one solution.
9. Add two grains of Bromide of Soda to one ounce of distilled water. This would be the other solution.
10. When the dosage is to be taken, it should be each evening when ready to retire, the one drop of the Gold Solution and one drop of the Bromide of Soda solution stirred in half a glass of water. Drink immediately.
11. These, as we find, within a month to two months should bring near normal reactions to the body. These will tend to clear the conditions in the alimentary canal also, but should there be the tendencies for the inactivity, use a laxative of a vegetable nature rather than the mineral combinations.
12. In the matter of the diet, keep great quantities of sea foods. Especially Conch soup would be well for this particular body. These may be obtained, even though rare, in the southern and eastern coast of Florida.
13. Ready for questions.
14. (Q) What is the fundamental thing that is wrong?
    (A) The fundamental thing, as we have indicated, is the suppressions in the last dorsal and through the lumbar area, that produce the suppressions in the activities through the nerve forces in the organs of pelvis.
15. (Q) Is there any way I can aid in effecting medical directions in addition to following doctor's orders?
    (A) As indicated. Do as outlined. In the course of one or two months, we should find near normal reactions if these are carried out.
    Do that.
16. We are through with this reading.

REPORTS

1. 7/17/50 Questionnaire answered by C. W. Irvin, D.O.: "Patient [5010]'s chief complaint was pain in stomach - lower abdomen, very nervous. My diagnosis would be Hyperacidity, Neurosis, Spastic Pylorus. He came to my office 5/22/44, was treated 4 times with marked improvement, broke last appointment due to illness in family, did not return, so I have no follow up record."
