(Q) Why can't I get a decent night's sleep, and what should
I do about it?
(A) Take the hydrotherapy and massage at least, as given,
once or twice a week, but extend them over a long period, as
after those periods of recreation or rest or change. Then
when the body returns from such periods have a few more,
every week or so, have at least one or two of these, for
varied periods, and we will find much better conditions.
But don't forget, as the Boy Scout or Girl Scout oath would
be: Do a good deed every day. This is just being kind, just
being patient, showing long-suffering, gentleness; and we
will find much help for this body.
We are through with this reading.
