6/18/44 Ltr. (following earlier correspondence in July 1943,
after reading the book THERE IS A RIVER by Thomas Sugrue):
[He had to wait this long for an appt.]
"The doctor says I have leakage of the heart. I have a bad
time with my stomach part of the time, have red blotches
everywhere on body in the hair line, at times very itchy,
seem swelled and inflamed, then almost leave - the spots
turning white and white particles of skin coming off. On
each side of upper lip is very noticeable and bothersome,
irritated by shaving. At times when it seems swelled and
irritated itching extends up into bowel, nostrils and ears.
"I take treatments from a chiropractor half a dozen times a
year. I have an annoying sensation in top of head and am
very nervous at such times.
"I have not gone to medical doctors except once a year for a
physical check-up, at the request of the corporation for
which I work."
REPORTS
7/04/44 Mr. [
5291] wrote: "The diagnosis of my body symptoms
is perfect. I fully expect to become normal again."
9/09/46 He wrote: I am enjoying good health after following
the instructions given in my reading.
1/08/47 In answer to an inquiry, he wrote: "My chief
complaint was a pain in right side of abdomen, under short
ribs, for six months prior to the reading. I had an attack
several years previous - whole nervous system was affected.
I was steadily getting worse until the treatments as directed
in the reading, though I was still able to work. I started
taking treatments from Dr. [...] a mechanotherapist, after
receiving the rdg. I took 2 treatments 3 days apart before I
gave him the reading. He asked where I got it and how. I
told him and gave him TIR to read. (Several people here have
read the book, among them 4 doctors, medical, osteopath and
chiropractic.) I used the Castor Oil Packs, the prescribed
diet, the high colonic irrigations, and the electrically
driven vibrator over a three-month period. Relief was
marked. I have had no recurrence of the symptoms."
10/18/52 D. H. Fogel, M.D., heart specialist, studied case
[
5291] and listed it under: 1. Gall Bladder Colic,
Tendency. 2. Functional Heart Murmur. 3. Seborrheac
Dermatitis.
May 1957 was our last communication from Mr. [
5291] when he
gave us a change of address - still in Ohio.
