TEXT

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, here we find conditions where a body is under general strain from, first, childbirth, the drain and strain upon the system, and then operative forces; which weren't particularly necessary and these have taken the vitality from the body, and there is the attempt for the body to build back because of the conditions; and with the inability of the body to move about too much, there is a great deal of trouble with the lack of proper eliminations.
3. We would find that, if there would be periods of adjustments osteopathically administered that would just relax the body, not to make any particular adjustments (not that there are segments out of line), these would naturally be helpful, with the treatments indicated, in the brachial areas, the upper cervicals and through the lumbars receiving attention and adjustments, for the first series of about twelve; then rest a week. Have them three times and then two times a week until the body is well relaxed.
4. Begin also in the beginning of these and take KalDak as a tonic. For this body prepare it preferably with orange juice or grapefruit juice, so that there is the addition of the vitamins which are especially in either of these juices. Dissolve the teaspoonful each day in a little hot water. Then add the orange juice, or alternate these, to fill the tumbler.
5. After the first series rest for about a week, then begin again giving some stimulation, rather than relaxing treatments.
6. When these are begun, if the disturbance with eliminations is continued, use as an aid at least once or twice a week enemas, or first colonic irrigations and we will have little use for enemas; just occasionally when there has been the overtaxing or overexcitement of the body through some special activity or reason.
7. These will give the better conditions for this body. Do that.
8. Ready for questions.
9. We are through with this reading.

I am still terribly nervous at times and have quite a bit of pain in my right hip - tho x-rays show nothing. Also I am uncomfortable constipated too much of the time."
